In the thought-provoking TEDxTalk titled “如果治療不是開藥單,會從哪裡開始?” (What If Healing Doesn’t Start with a Prescription?), Tzu-Ping Lin challenges the conventional approach to health care by questioning the reliance on medications as the primary solution to ailments. He argues that true healing encompasses a holistic understanding of the individual, integrating emotional, psychological, and social factors into the therapeutic process. Lin emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, and community support in fostering genuine well-being. By advocating for a more profound exploration of what it means to be healthy, he encourages viewers to consider alternative methods and practices that promote healing beyond just pharmaceuticals. This inspiring talk invites us to rethink our notions of health and encourages a broader dialogue around the ways we can support one another in our healing journeys.
