danke! yummy recipe
Sweden is a great country. I was there in the 90's for 10-weeks in Linköping at Saab Aircraft for training. Really great, hearty people. I didn't eat Ikea meatballs at Ikea, but I did eat Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and lingenberries (spelling?). Back then they only had about 8 million citizens and had an incredible engineering industry for such a tiny country. Truly impressive. On a side note, the Swedes love to party on the weekends. My colleagues at the Saab Training Academy repeatedly warned us not to drink and drive (zero tolerance in Sweden).
