The ongoing conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon have once again brought to light the issue of international law violations by Israel, prompting questions of complicity on the part of the United States. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent statements about continuing Israel’s military actions in the region, despite the killing of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, have sparked concerns about the escalation of violence and disregard for global legal norms.
In a recently released video by FRANCE 24, former New York Assistant Attorney General Reed Brody provides insight into the situation, shedding light on Israel’s persistent use of targeted assassinations and their defiance of international law. Brody, who is also an ICJ Commissioner, Human Rights Lawyer, War Crimes Prosecutor, and Author of ‘To Catch a Dictator,’ offers a critical analysis of the Israeli government’s actions in the Middle East.
The video delves into the complexities of Israel’s wars on Hamas and Hezbollah, highlighting the humanitarian implications and the potential consequences for international law. With Brody’s expertise, viewers are able to gain a deeper understanding of the legal and ethical challenges posed by Israel’s military operations in the region.
As tensions continue to rise and violence escalates, the role of the United States in these conflicts comes under scrutiny. Questions of complicity in Israel’s actions and the implications for global peace and security are raised, adding a layer of complexity to an already volatile situation.
Overall, the video provides a thought-provoking analysis of the situation in Gaza and Lebanon, raising important questions about the role of international law and the responsibilities of all parties involved in the conflicts. With insights from experts like Reed Brody, viewers are able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the ongoing challenges and potential paths towards resolution in the Middle East.

When the UN says nothing about the Palestinians murdering Israeli children and taking hostages shows thier a joke
ICC = Left Wing Lunatics
They have humiliated themselves with their pro-Hamas support
This ido is democrat😅 a legal sounding coockldry ,he want westeran states to prostrate and look from bottom to top 😅😅😅
“International community” = Islamic community. The UN is a joke. No credibility
Another bleeding heart Western liberal.
Let me explain how this all works. If it's done by the Jews, then it's a crime. It doesn't matter why, how or what Hamas/Hezbollah/the Mullas did.
The conservative opposition here in Australia called the ICC a kangaroo court. We have fascists anti international law individuals and political parties in my own country.
The evidence is overwhelming. If they don’t address these arrest warrants for Netanyahu and gallant there may as well not be a ICC. If the rulings of the ICJ or not honoured, there may as well not be an ICJ. If the UNSC votes aren’t obliged then we may as well get rid of the UN.
International law doesn’t exist. It’s a joke used by supremacist western nations.
This guy is completely out of his mind, Q-Anon conspiracy theories
We don’t want western criminal law.
Someone put this guy on mossads list
Remember Nelson Mandela was labeled as ter__rist by the USA until South Africa gained independence.
No ? They are being attacked by hateful Islamists . Half the population in Israel is Arab, they are just not trying to build a state on top of Israel. They are israeli.
Isn’t the ICC a group a country must be a member of to comply with their laws? So of course jurisdiction matters.
That really isn't going to do anything… The U.S. did not sign onto the ICC, and no one but no one is going to risk the wrath of the United States by detaining a president, old or current. It's just not going to happen. Not when there are groups like Mousad who will gladly back us up because we backed them up. It really doesn't matter if it's a crime or not. What matters is if the current President can be shamed into behaving like they don't want the rest of the world seeing them as the bad guy. So far, even our own people can't seem to do that as long as the alternate choice is Trump.
The world becomes achangl
Mossad is going to be paying a friendly visit to Mr. Reed Brody very soon to discuss his "opinions".
Let's review what the French did in Indo China….
Is there a statute of limitations on murder ?
The icc is only meant for Africa not for the west and the America
The US never cared about international law, they just use it when it furthers their interests.
He would have reprimanded US and UK about not attacking Nazi Germany in WW2 because of German civilians getting killed
I hope no one ever attacks this guys home country, because when they fight back they are going to be considered criminal.
We still live in Hobbsean world of "state of nature" between countries. Each sovereign country by definition is above any law, and it all depends on whether it possesses the power to do what it wants to do. There is no international enforcement mechanism to force any great power or their client states to obey international law. That is just fact.
Miller, Blinken did not tell oldman Biden the accurate situation in Gaza. This two will one day appear in the dock .
