Veterans of the first Persian Gulf War are renewing their fight with the Canadian government, pushing for equal compensation for their service. More than thirty years after bravely serving their country on the battlefield, these veterans are demanding fair treatment from the feds. Despite their sacrifices and contributions, many veterans feel that they have been neglected and overlooked by the government.
The veterans argue that they are entitled to the same benefits and compensation as other Canadian Forces members who served in conflicts such as Afghanistan. They believe that their service in the first Gulf War was just as important and deserving of recognition. Many of these veterans have faced challenges and hardships as a result of their service, both physically and mentally.
The push for equal compensation is not just about money for these veterans. It’s about recognition and respect for their sacrifices and contributions to Canada. They want to ensure that future generations of veterans are not treated the same way they have been. The veterans are determined to continue fighting for what they believe is fair and just.
The renewed fight between Canada’s veterans and the feds highlights the ongoing struggles faced by those who have served their country. The veterans deserve to be treated with the dignity and appreciation that they have earned through their service and sacrifice. It is time for the government to listen to the voices of these veterans and provide them with the recognition and support they deserve.

"Why are we still fighting certain veterans groups in court? Because they're asking for more than we are able to give right now,"

Pay our Vets not for woke ship.

Canadian Forces is a cheapo employer looking to benefit from you and not give much benefit back.
Canadian veterans have long been shafted by our government so this comes as no surprise. Just look into the Hong Kong Veterans of WW2 as an example – their struggles with the government go back decades. In todays pathetic and disgraceful era of Trudeau's reign of inept leadership, Canada's Veterans would absolutely come second, third, fourth, tenth, fourteenth…in priority behind supporting Ukraine. Tampons in men's washrooms today in Canada ………….. Canadian soldiers fighting Germany, Japan, the Taliban, and in other fields of battle would never believe todays mess.
After my grandpa died Veterans Affairs still owed him $1000 for reimbursements for mobility aids.

Stop sending our taxpayer money out of the country while our people are living in poverty! Canadians first!
Trudeau is the man with Iron heart. He simply doesn't care about veterans or any other Canadian for that matter. Justin Trudeau knows this is more than he can give right now….unless it's to kill people in Gaza or Ukraine, then he supports that with billions.
One cannot eat employment support and Rehabilitation
