A journalist named Georges Malbrunot investigated the ties between France, particularly under the leadership of Emmanuel Macron, and Hezbollah in Lebanon. According to his investigation, Macron allegedly promised not to discuss Hezbollah's weapons during his visit to Lebanon following the Beirut port explosion in 2020. In return, Hezbollah reportedly allowed the French company CMA CGM to win a tender to manage the container terminal at Beirut's port. This port is crucial for Lebanon’s imports and customs revenue, providing France with a significant economic advantage while raising ethical questions about these dealings.
Nonsens . If feeding and Aid stops fighting will stop. Only then this people will use their energy to work to feed their families and have no time to play war. Look at Gaza . Where have they invested their billions on Aid , donated food supply over the last 25 years. They brainwashed their people, enriched themselves and followed blindly their cowered mullah musters in Teheran and prepared for war.

…Lebanon has to reckon with allegations of corruption and money-laundering hovering over its caretaker prime minister and other politicians…The complaint against Najib Mikati was formally filed on Tuesday with France’s National Financial Prosecutor’s office by French anti-corruption non-governmental Sherpa and the Collective of Victims of Fraudulent and Criminal Practices…In a statement, Sherpa said the objective is to “shed light on the conditions under which Lebanese political figures like Najib Mikati accumulated considerable wealth and on the role of financial intermediaries who facilitated these acquisitions”…The group said it drew the attention of French prosecutors to the conditions under which Mikati “has accumulated significant assets in France. The complaint also questions the origin of the funds that transited through the French banking system.”…The complaints said that the Lebanese public consider Mikati, his brother Taha and their entourage as “the embodiment… of the clientelism and conflict of interest that have led Lebanon to its downfall”…The two associations accuse Mikati and his brother of having likely “acquired various properties in France and abroad, via multiple structures and through extremely large financial transfers”…Those include properties in Monaco and Saint Jean-Cap-Ferrat, on France’s Mediterranean coast, a 79-metre yacht “acquired for 100 million dollars” and two Falcon jets, valued at around 95 million dollars. Taha Mikati also reportedly owns a yacht worth $125 million…According to Forbes magazine, the two brothers are worth $2.8 billion, making them amongst the richest people in Lebanon…Critics have described Mikati, when he was appointed in 2021, as part of the corrupt elite which plunged the country in a dire economic crisis…But the plaintiffs claimed that “since the mid-1990s, corruption has been intimately linked to the functioning of the state”, which the brothers have benefitted from…“Mikati’s systemic use of offshore accounts and tax havens” and the “culture of corruption and conflicts of interest” that he embodies, make him and his family “widely suspected of large scale laundering (and) tax fraud over many years”, added the plaintiffs’ lawyers William Bourdon and Vincent Brengarth…The investigations were opened after some “Lebanese entities” submitted information about illicit enrichment and money-laundering involving him and members of his family, Mikati’s office said in a statement at the time…A Lebanese news organization, Daraj, had reported in 2021 on the “Pandora Papers”, a set of leaked documents purporting to reveal offshore transactions involving global political and business figures. As part of its reporting, Daraj said Mikati owned an offshore firm in Panama called Hessvile through which he bought a property in Monaco worth seven million euros ($7.56 million)…Sherpa previously lodged a complaint against Riad Salame, the former governor of Lebanon’s central bank, who has faced a French international arrest warrant since May 2023. The allegations about Salame fuelled protests in Lebanon and added to the country’s upheaval.(Money-laundering allegations against Najib Mikati add to Lebanon’s woes. The Arab Weekly. 05/04/2024)

Bravo President Macron 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
NATO EU USA is sending billions of bombs to kill thousands of children and civilian. While give a little bit of goods in Gaza and Lebanon. Wake up Muslims this people are ruining your future.
It is disgraceful that Macron didnt even mention Iran who is the main instigator behind this war between Lebanon and Israel.
Anyway he can say whatever he wants, the war won't stop until Hezbollah does all that Israel has demanded and if not so, you are simply seeing another gaza in making. You will cry, wail but heaven won't fall.
This is a matter of national security for Israel and nobody will dictate what israel can and can't do.
What in the world you did not take action when Hezbollah firing rockets in a daily basis. Its another mistake for France. In 1940’s France deported jews to Germany to be prosecuted by Nazi. France helps Ayatollah to return France for the revolution. Here you go again.
