Elon Musk has made significant strides in broadening the horizons of space exploration and making space travel more accessible than ever before. It’s not all about NASA and other multi-billion-dollar funded space agencies. Private enterprises are catching up fast. But of course, this was inconceivable back in the nineteen sixties when the United States committed itself to becoming the first civilization to set foot on the moon. Or did they, really? Ever since the moon landing of 1969, the motives and actual outcomes of the Apollo missions have come under scrutiny. And now, Elon Musk has made a bombshell announcement on social media, claiming ”NASA lied to everyone” about the Moon landing.
