The Supreme Court of the United States is facing a crisis of legitimacy as over half of Americans are displeased with its handling of its responsibilities. This decline in approval raises questions about the future of the highest court in the land and whether reforms can restore its credibility.
Established in the US Constitution, the Supreme Court plays a crucial role in interpreting the law and ensuring the constitutionality of government actions. With nine justices, the court has historically been seen as a balanced body that represents a variety of viewpoints. However, the nominations process has become more polarized in recent years, leading to concerns about the ideological leanings of the justices.
Recent controversies, such as the potential overturning of Roe v. Wade and allegations of unethical behavior involving Justice Clarence Thomas, his wife Ginni Thomas, and billionaire Harlan Crow, have further eroded public trust in the Court. Additionally, Justice Samuel Alito’s actions surrounding the January 6th insurrection have raised eyebrows and fueled calls for reform.
While impeaching a Supreme Court justice is a complicated process, President Joe Biden and Senator Ron Wyden have proposed reforms to address the challenges facing the Court. With a conservative majority currently in place, the future of the Supreme Court remains uncertain as calls for change grow louder. Ultimately, the question remains: is it time to change the Supreme Court, and can it happen?

The foreign policy that the Democrat party has is going to lead to high military spending, in spite of that, our home border and coastline force is going to be weaker because of Kamala’s global military focus. The world is multipolar which means we can no longer dominate as the only superpower for various reasons. The most viable approach is to form stronger alliances which lends itself to a Trump style foreign policy in which diplomacy is first without sacrificing a very strong military capability. Kamala Harris isnt able to be the type to project her presence to lets say North Korea. Its nothing on her but its more to do with ability to have adversaries respect but also befriending them.
Saying that, the peace with a strong military is how you achieve greater stability in the middle east. Diplomacy and a strategy is very important due to the need to have dialogue. This is the path to peace in the middle east.
We are in a new era and we do not think “turning the page” has anything to do with addressing this era. Its just another way of saying we are doing the same thing differently.
We cant have that. Its very important that we have a Trump doctrine otherwise we will have nuclear wars. The two areas that should have never been hotspots are the Levant area and Ukraine. Both are expected to expand- this statement is extremely dangerous and should be underlined in bold
Trump 2024
since you have now demonstrated your own bias rather than be impartial , people are going to wonder if you have the same bias with all your videos rather than practice impartiality( which is what makes a good business video), never mind that you appear to have copied another channel as well.
You don't get to dismantle the SCOTUS just because your liberal party didn't win the POTUS. Or because you disagree with a SCOTUS ruling. Ironically, this dog shit video calmly supports the end of democracy in America. Disgusting.
Business Insider is a joke
Alternate Title: The Supreme Court isn’t doing things we personally want, so it’s time to change the rules so we can get our way
Business insider should leave the country
9 to 15, We need to go even higher than this. There are so many cases that are coming up that need rulings. We need 100 plus and and a panel of 12 with 9 voting, with 3 as alternates so that they can be excused or absent.
Ginsberg dies, yep time to pack it 🤡
“Uh-oh, the SC isn’t doing what we want for our side…we could completely change it, maybe?”

If anything the court is our least corrupt institution. Attacking it is just a tiny prong in the wall-to-wall carpet campaign to eliminate the USA.
It will kill the Constitutional Republic and implement democracy . And democracies always turn into despotic systems, always. Because of the ease to rig and subvert any honesty within the system. Democracy, in the long run, always leads to de-civilisation and dictature..
Insurrectionists
Remember that dude named FDR with a d by his name that never wanted to cede power? Yeah he tried to pack the court too.

Yes time to get rid of all these dinosaurs in their own antics they no longer work for us
Should just change your name to activist insider.
Democrats call Trump a threat to democracy while they themselves call to abolish the electoral college (in the constitution) and refer to the Supreme Court as illegitimate simply because they no longer have the majority.
The Supreme Court being a lifetime appointment was an abysmal decision, in terms of anti-corruption protections that's one of the worst things you can do because once a justice is appointed there's no big reason why he/she should give a damn about the consequences, which makes it far easier to buy them out
Weird how Democrats are only going after the Supreme Court when it has conservative majority…but far left activist judges running rampant in the lower courts? No problem to be seen there apparently. "Clarence Thomas is tainted by money" they scream, but George Soros putting judges and DAs in office? Totally fine by Democrats. National Divorce now!!!
52% disapproval rating…SCOTUS is bound by the Constitution. I think that 52% moreso represents how our culture has gotten away from the core values our country was built on. Liberals seem to want to change the Constitution, while Conservatives want to enforce it. Don't blame SCOTUS. They are doing their job.
