A cargo plane crash near Vilnius, Lithuania has left authorities on high alert as they investigate the cause of the incident. The aircraft, identified as a DHL cargo flight flying from Leipzig, Germany, plummeted to the ground in the early hours, with CCTV footage capturing the shocking moment of impact. Tragically, one person has been confirmed dead, with three others sustaining injuries.
Authorities in Lithuania are not ruling out the possibility of terrorism as the cause of the crash, adding an additional layer of concern to the situation. This suspicion has led to speculation that Russia could be attempting to sabotage cargo flights in the European Union.
The crash near Vilnius has brought attention to the potential dangers faced by cargo flights and the importance of maintaining security measures. As investigations continue, it is crucial for authorities to uncover the cause of the crash and take necessary precautions to prevent future incidents.

I know, if not russia then china, or iran or north korea 😂
War is war
Rusia Russia western media base 😂😂😂😂
Oooh Russians again!
Highly likely?
Russofobia out of control.
Fantasy.
🤣🤣🤣this british sabotage
If your child fails school and you in Europe Blame Russia
Russia is trying to win friends and influence people?
DHL continues to supply arms for Israel’s genocide.
For every bad things happen Russia 🇷🇺 is behind it ! Guys grow up please
It takes them more than two minutes to mention the sad fate of the air crew. We're becoming very desensitized. Thousands of Palestinians are dying in Gaza; more than a thousand Russian soldiers are being killed in Ukraine every day and it's all very mundane and unremarkable.
Nonsense to blame Russia with no proofs seems these so called leaders don't think before they talk
What was the cargo? Surely it was carrying weapons and ammunition.
If Baltic women get secretly pregnant blame Putin and Russians 😂😂😂
Iran and Russia are to blame what else is new.
Suspicion based on suspicion 😂🤣
If its Boeing you ain't going. Unfortunately cargo can't speak for itself.
There's always speculation, in the wake of a plane crash.
LOL – at this point, space aliens can't be ruled out either.
We must sensationalize everything!
How can it be an emergency landing if the pilots did not say to atc and did not say there is anything wrong.
Uzzzaaaa 😂Wasington is Evils 😢
pilot error combined with probable systems failure / malfunction could be a reason behind the crash . . . considering the age of the B737-400 BCF airframe serving as a cargo aircraft . . .
My car indicator stopped working last month, it's obviously Russia after watching this?!
Ruzzia placed before explosives on planes in Leipzig .. now they were successful.
But for Scholz this did some Aliens from Mars or Fred from Jupiter.
That appeared to be air speed too low for control surfaces, and , because flap level was "set requiring higher air speed" making it sink down too fast and horizontal stability unable to be maintained by the control surfaces (aelerons) because air speed was too low.
The finality, the aircraft engine power was set too low causing loss of air speed, causing rapid altitude loss , and inability to commit successful safe responsive horizontal control leading to striking an object protruding from elevated terrain.
There is some sudden change of glide path angle (seen in the video) to more rapid sinking was probably caused by putting the flaps down further causing air breaking effect with rapid sinking , but not recovered by required increase of engine power.
This is not terrorism .. this is an act of war!
They clearly still don't have all the details, but were so quick to blame Russia.
Just try to blame Russia for random catastrophes that happen in Europe. Keep in mind that cargo planes do sometimes have hazardous and flammable parcels that are not accounted for and that this cargo plane is a Boeing cargo plane. But I guess Russia could do it since we'll, there needs to be a boodie man for NATO to justify its existence.
I hate russia and blame them for a lot of stuff, but a cargo plane crashing far from the battlefield is a bit of a stretch.
1. S….ts happened
2. Blame Russia
3. Profit!!!
They already have…
wtf so many bots. Nothing much is known yet, that's about it.
USA did it
Local Vilnius news reports no evidence of sabotage or external factors. There was no fire before it hit the ground, and pilot-tower communication was normal. Yet, Western media persists in blaming Russia.
Pilot fatigue and flying at those hours is a cause of these accidents. Cargo pilots tend to be worked to their limits often having to unload and load the cargo themselves. Companies take advantage of this.
😂 you gave yourself away, which means you were carrying weapons
Das war ja nicht der erste Zwischenfall, die hatten ja vorher schon verdächtige Packete aus Sendungen genommen.
Russia is not a terrorist State untill their inteligence agencies are manipulated by isis bugged bots maybe, but if they wanted they would take out the satelites instead of killing innocent people which is wrong for their media maybe, which they do care about even after west has tainted them globally like thugs in a way lol 😅😂
I think they are not prepared, they couldn't Stop the AI smartphone digital hypnosis mind control and the satelites so 😅
I know Russia would be pointed at.
Well, why don't you blame Putin for the bad weather?
Not only badly chosen words (e.g. emergency landing – it crashed; "attempted" landing – it was on its final approach), but just reporting conspiracy theories, lol
Only fearmongering… 🙄
I expected serious reporting from DW, and not this gutter paper report.
