In Mississippi, on the Gulf Coast, a judge and his wife are found brutally murdered in their home. The murderer left few clues. The investigation goes nowhere. The FBI agents come into play. They shed light on a corrupt local government and a ruthless group of conspirators known as the Dixie Mafia. They are suspected of fraud, money laundering and murder.
