Four-year-old Shamiar Smith, Jr. had a frightening experience earlier this month when he was let off at the wrong bus stop after school. Thanks to the kindness of a stranger, however, the situation was quickly turned around.
Shamiar’s mother, who was waiting at the designated bus stop to pick him up, became panicked when her son did not arrive at the usual time. After making a few phone calls, she was horrified to learn that Shamiar had been dropped off at the wrong location.
Fortunately, a Good Samaritan who happened to be passing by noticed Shamiar standing alone and approached him to make sure he was okay. The stranger quickly realized the situation and took it upon themselves to assist Shamiar in finding his way back home.
Thanks to the swift actions of this compassionate individual, Shamiar was safely reunited with his mother and brought back home. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of looking out for one another, especially when children are involved.
Shamiar’s mother expresses her gratitude for the kind stranger’s help and is relieved that her son is safe and sound. This heartwarming story serves as a reminder of the power of community and the impact that a simple act of kindness can have on someone in need.

Lucky boy
This could've had a bad ending.
What is the deal with all these school bus mishaps lately. If you accept the job driving, you also accept the part about getting kids home safely. It's like America is going brain dead or something.
God bless the stranger. What a relief for mom to have her child back safe & sound.
Poor child 😢😢
What did she mean by "another parent, of a different race…"?
Am Glad her child is safe and well
That happened to me once when I was very little and I was scared to go inside someone’s car to help me because I was just taught stranger danger that same day
She is probably doing him a favor, I don't have any fond memories of riding the bus when I was a kid. It was always loud and an opportunity for bullies to be bullies unchecked. Soon as I was old enough to ride my bike to school I did so, didn't matter how far it was, and if it was raining I walked with an umbrella.
Poor kid im glad he safe. I think they need a new bus driver.
What does a difference race have anything to do with the safety of her child? She should check out the project to see if she'll be safe around her own race.
glad the child is safe
I don't care if it's your birthday your kid is your first priority now lady
Say your racist without saying your racist 🙄
