Thanks for the info on some of the high end expensive markets. Gristedes and D’Agostinos prices on many items are expensive, especially for a what is not a high end market.
I love Trader Joe’s for quality and price. Whole Foods is expensive for some items, but their sale items and store brand , 365, is reasonable.
Didn't know there were Citarella's in NYC. They definitely fit the Hamptons vibe tho
Cool video!! I enjoyed every minute of it
🪄✨️✨️✨️😉☆NYC is all 5 boroughs not just Manhattan☆✨️✨️✨️
That’s my Trader Joe’s. I live on 2nd.
who buys cherries out of the season ? that is why the price is so high
10:34 Sarabeth's jam is found in Canada at Winners stores for only 12.99 Canadian dollars.
Thanks for the tour. I liked that glass you were using for the orange juice!
I could have bought everything u bought at citarellas for $20…guys have no clue how to shop.
Are people crazy? Sara Beth jam is about $6 at normal stores. Maybe they just want to carry a fancy grocery bag.🤣
Charles Chips were the first potato chips in a can, double the size of ur Spanish version.
That’s highway robbery charging $32 for a crap sandwich!!
I'd like to know how they decide how to price things in the US, cuz it seems crazy to me that somebody would get a $40 something cheese or a $20 orange juice, or any of the things you bought honestly… well don't get me started on that $32 or $33 ham sandwich… like wtf… that would be like 5€ maybe 7€ here and already would be considered super expensive😂
The stores that are selling these over priced items are not selling their products due to their superior quality over others that are available in the market. There are due to serve the upper tier customers living in NYC.The fact are that the rental high priced real estates these companies are force to elevate their prices on their products and pass it out to their customers.🤔
Its like shopping in Ontario Canada. Same prices.
It's a loss if you stayed in the kitchen. Thank you.
Strawberries and Cheese 1. 1 billion dollars😂😂
learn so much! amazing
Erewhon in LA is crazy expensive too!
$18 Korean strawberries are nothing compared to $50 or $100 strawberries in Japan. Those supposed to be Korean grown strawberries are probably much less quality and cheaper because expensive ones are not just put into a container all together like that but rather each pierce is put into each individual compartment of a tray, and boxed up like high jewelry. American consumers are not educated enough.
Most expensive 1 vine oh grapes cost $3000 in Japan.
