Delicious, Soft Homemade Sour Cream Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
- 100 g Sour Cream
- 100 ml Vegetable Oil
- 380 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions:

Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Whisk until well blended. Add the sour cream and vegetable oil, mixing until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually sift in the flour and baking powder. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Shape the Cookies: Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls or your desired shape. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the cookies for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Once baked, allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack. Enjoy them with tea or coffee!
