Everything, including legal documents are moving digital: tough times for the Post office.
Every time….corporate greed.
My employer isn't much better. We are a nonunion company. Not a governmental job.
The disconnect, the way we get treated. It's absurd that the Department of Labor doesn't have the authority to make work better in America
It's 2025 and nothing as change the Post Office still carries the same mentality. I had to walk away. The money is still great for a person with no college degree the benefits not so much. The Post Master and the supervisor are garbage 🗑. When I say NOTHING HAS CHANGED I MEAN NOTHING!! I understand why those people went POSTAL. The control, harassment and Intimidation is out of control especially if you don't submit and you're your own person!!👿🤢🤮🚩
The same people who are always pushing for privatization of the mail and education would have a cow if you dared to suggest the same thing for the police and the military.
The USPS delivers more garbage than actual mail
I actually live in Gastonia, NC and I've been in the area my entire life. I cant recall local news reporting this story about Steve. That was a terrible position to put that guy in. May he rest in peace
Small people are treated badly by corporations
But let’s say if peoples aren’t there as customers .. how they can make businesses .. I can’t imagine how corporations keep cutting jobs .. without the care .
So they need people as well , small numbers if they can see each others no one can treat them sadly. One day we all going to be a unit one large unit .the mail used to be a government business
They cut people’s life without the consequences.. people needs to understand.. supporting people
Funny how u were the shop steward and there was a galione in the gambino crime family.
I worked for the PO for 8 years. it was the best and worst times. over worked, under paid. harsh conditions. am I thankful for what it gave me for those 8 years? YES would I do it again? NO!!!!!!! My only suggestion for someone whos looking to work for the PO….DONT have kids or a wife. this will be your life. everything they say in this doc is CORRECT. they will follow you for days weeks months to find something. they tried me and never got me. they brake you till you cant take anymore. god bless all the carriers I met over the years.
I wonder if the postal system has become much worse since Trump put DeJoy in to head the US Post Office. Sounds as if the upper management threatens the employees to do the impossible.
I have been retired Rural Carrier since 2017 for health reasons. My problems were a blessing in disguise. There was a lot of this when I worked. I'm still on Prozac (fluoxetine) for over 27 years. I'm glad I'm retired now, even if the circumstances for retirement were bad.
Those three dcik heads that are sitting up on the stage at 56 minutes and 16 seconds do not care anything about what those people are saying. You can tell they are just there to act like they care, but you can see by their faces they don't give a siht.
This video is 200% factual! Thank God im out of that nightmare! 29 yrs of total bs and hell as a city letter carrier. But my customers were why I came to work! Lynchburg, Va seemed to be just like all the other places with bullying, intimidation and time clock fraud by mgmt! It got so bad I volunteered to go back to fight in Iraq a 2nd time! So glad I fought mgmt to get to where I am today, alive and retired from that bs
I’ve ran contract for the Postal Service for years as a tractor trailer driver.
They tried numerous times to get me to come on board and drive as a Postal Employee, but I didn’t want the drama that went along with it.
I continue, and can retire anytime I want to now!
Over the years, I’ve seen different incidents and wasn’t surprised.
Most recent was the Seattle P&DC shooting.
I knew both men by sight in passing, and understood the two had a history.
I’ve been told management wouldn’t do anything about it.
It should have never gone that far to end up with two men dead.
Joint Statement and ELM 664.24 are useless.
My brother works for the USPS. We thank God for the US Postal Service. May God bless all the postal workers. 🙏💙
As a 15 year current postal worker I'll continue to say that the biggest problem within the Postal Service is incompetent and corrupt managers / supervisors. God Bless all the carriers, clerks, mail handlers, and truck drivers.

Public Law 91-375
AN ACT August 12, 1970
[H. R. 17070]
To improve and modernize the postal service, to reorganize the Post Office Department, and for other purposes.
"( c ) As an employer, the Postal Service shall achieve and maintain compensation for its officers and employees comparable to the rates and types of compensation paid in the private sector of the economy of the United States. It shall place particular emphasis upon opportunities for career advancements of all officers and employees and the achievement of worthwhile and satisfying careers in the service of the United States.
The supervisors were wrong but so were the ones who "went postal". They could have filed lawsuits or gotten a different job. Instead they decided to murder people and many of them were innocent bystanders. Plus all these people saying they knew it was coming but they didnt report it to anyone?
The Post Office and carriers used to be excellent – nowadays? Lazy, incompetent, full of non-sensical excuses as to "why" mail can't be delivered professionally, on-time, and with quality standards.
Now they're just protected by their Union and you cannot get rid of these useless idiots. Horrific what they used to be compared to now. But don't worry – as with all Gov't employees, we get to paid their inflated salaries, benefits, and pensions.
The beginning of the end was Nixon privatizing the USPS.
Excellent documentary!👏🏽
We need to have a strike active again for the next contract and letting the managments know we are standing up for fair paid and stop with the abuse of power
Great documentary explaining the way businesses in collusion with our elected officials are grifting the people and stealing public infrastructure. And it continues now on steroids.
On this day June 15 2025 it’s worst than it ever has been. Thank god I’m 32 yrs in. The whole postal system is corrupt
Wow it must suck being a carrier and working in a post office. I'm a mail handler in a P&DC plant my job is pretty chill.
I just retired after 27.5 years. NYC. Midtown. So glad to have gotten out unscathed.
I'm a Retired Letter Carrier , 3 different States , 34 years total . This Documentary was spot on . Management is the biggest problem
40:34 damn…. ✊️
The funniest thing is all documents sent to employees of USPS are sent via first class or priority mail. So the myth that nothing comes thru the mail is totally false. 😅😊
Thank you so much for this. I appreciate all you did to show us what these dedicated workers go through. Thank you USPS workers!❤
USPS now means unreliable postal business because it’s not a service. It’s a business and it’s an unreliable business as half the letters I’ve sent in the last 24 months DISAPPEARED. The corruption runs deep at the usps, stamps are 3x more expensive today than they were 10 years ago. It’s absolutely insane
I spent 10 years in the Military followed by ten years with the U.S. Railroads. Now working with 17 years as an Electronic Technician in a SoCal plant. This video was amazing!!! Hopefully there is positive news in the future with the U.S. Post Office. I do love my job regardless the negative aspects. You get that in every job field these days. 🇺🇸
