We all say we want to “drive change”. But what does that really mean? In this honest talk, Romy Massaad shares how her journey from founding a startup to shaping public policy helped her rethink what real, lasting change looks like, and why it starts with asking better questions. The youngest PMP holder in Lebanon and a certified Business Innovation Coach by CIHEAM Bari, under the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A published author and consultant with over four years of experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, having served as an entrepreneur, coach, and senior programs officer. At 19, she launched her startup Pawfuel and secured funding before shifting her focus to empowering others through innovation programs. In 2023, she was appointed Country Coordinator for Hult Prize Lebanon and became the first Lebanese to earn Second Runner-up for the World Program of the Year.
