👍👍👍
I was partially right. Your feet did hit the ground in Mumbai.
safe travels! 🤞🏁💥
Instead of narrating events in every video, why don't you record them with the camera and show them to us?? Your videos will become much more interesting!!
Your Videos are always interesting and Informative.
It’s clear to see your drive and effort for YouTube has fallen away recently. It must be tough when you depend on making videos for income. Glad to hear you’ll be trying to take a break.
😁👍🏻
Are you going to avoid Europe now with their new biometric fingerprinting etc enslavement rules Gabriel? I hope they don't introduce all that shit to India and Nepal but India tends to go with these things like they did with all the covid regulations. I hope not. They're bringing in Digital enslavement cards to the UK soon, but there is a backlash.
I get stressed just watching you travel.
You chose the most expensive time to be in Singapore with the Formula 1 this weekend
i remember one time i had been sitting by the Ganges just blissed out watching the boats for 5 hours before getting in a taxi to go to the airport in varanasi to fly to Delhi with plenty of time. What i didnt know was that it had been a festival day and now the roads were gridlocked and my state soon became total panic as i foresaw missing all my connections. Thank God on that occasion my taxi driver was not psychotic but something of a saint and we just just made it with multiple changes of direction. India is like that for me, moments of bliss quickly followed by someone trying to rip me off then more bliss, then someone lying to me then a hotel that didn't exist then more bliss. I wouldn't miss it for the world
Hei Gabriel by this month its been 11 years since me and my wife started being part of your journeys through your videos started with your Nepal treks. You are absolutely like a nomadic hippy wanderer who love traveling deep from core. Waiting for the same you for the next decades to come.
You are the best YouTube channel watching from Canmore Alberta today!
If you end up in Cambodia look us up, we can show you around.
I don't know how you do it. Bravo is all I can say! I get stressed just travelling from where I live to the nearest city.
Bailed out halfway thru.
Really long winded…..even for Gabriel
Have fun Gabriel and be safe!!
It’s a blessing and a curse sometimes to love travel. Always thinking of what’s next
Finally back to Bali soon! Can’t wait to see your next adventure in Bali, hope you’ll have a great time in my country
I made a similar mistake in India/Nepal and lost like £300 booking incorrect flights. Its so frustrating and you really hate yourself for it but it is what it is as you say.
Selfishly asking for japan at some point. Ideally kyshu to help my trip
Will you every stop travelling
Poor tired Gabriel. He wanted to keep his final destination a surprise but then he let it slip. Lol
In other words, traveling can be stressful because of all the uncertainties — tight schedules, customs, delayed ferries, payment issues, logistical mistakes, financial losses, and sheer physical fatigue. Even an experienced traveler can get caught in a domino effect where one small issue cascades into bigger problems.
I am guessing Bali 😉
Northern Thailand or Southern India… although not sure about Southern India as that flight may be significantly longer.
When I saw you were in Singapore I immediately hit the like button before I even saw the video 🤣
After a similarly stressful experience, I no longer plan tight connecting transports. For flights, I now prefer direct flights or taking a multi-day stopover. I also try to avoid booking connecting flights with different airlines. Focusing only on reaching the final destination lacks resilience and causes stress. I proactively plan slack time for potential problems.
i wish i had the stamina you have. you are quite remarkable with your non-stop travels in often rmote and isolated regions. However you always give the impression that you're living on a shoe string and yet you talk about owning 2 crdit cards and 2 debit cards and a paypal card. Its hard to believe that your YouTube videos are providing such income to allow you to finance your style of life. In other words, are you not living off as an heir to a secret fortune?
I guess that since you are stating two and a half hour flight from Singapore i guess you are heading for Bali 😎
That's makes most sense since you also want to save money while being there, and i know that it is easier to be more stationary a place for two weeks at the time, and cover the place more deeply, in stead of flying fast and furious and only sckim the surface. You will make just as good videos on doing that, and shave the travel cost down considerably in the same prosess.
If you need more followers, then there is three clear options:
1. Travel to more risky places, and make bold stunts, like a crazy roadtip, cover a big riot in a coutry where somehing crazy happes, or visit North Korea if you can pull it off as a Canadian.
2. See where other big youtubers travels, and crash into them, make videoes with them and recomend each others channels. Then it will rub on to bolth of you.
3. You love India, and it is poorly covered by western english speaking youtubers, so cover som hill stations where westerners kinda know about but dosen't have availeble English content on, or some treks in Nepal, but in a months time, it may be a bit late and cold there. But the general idea is there.
I hope to crash into you in Chiang Mai in November/Desember og maybe India in February/March next year 😎
Similar problem with Uber in Madrid, they cancelled the booking 3 times, and charged my account 8 Euro per trip. Never again used Uber, as its a fraud !
The taxi in kos was quite reasonable then, I payed 20 euros from the Kos airport to Mastihari, which is only 10 minutes and so, and back I was charged 25 euros, but the driver was very nice and when I gave him 20 euros he said that was totally ok ( I thought it´s 20 euros after all ). That was 2 years ago. In Mykonos it´s 40 euros from the airport to the town, 5-10 minutes (talking about June and September ) 😉
It's either Indonesia or Vietnam
Now, with additional fees for luggage 🧳, seat selection, etc, when buying airline tickets, how does this work with your backpacks? Are you checking it in or trying to squeeze it in the cabin?
"Eros Erotic House"…..I thought Singapore was a no "drugs, sex, and rock and roll" nation.
No love for winter destinations with snow?
do not chew gum there.
Cheaper to fly from San Diego to Turkey, make a mini vacation, get dental work, pal around Greece, and fly home than to get it down the street at the medical plaza…. probably could have gone to Tijuana or Mexicali I would think as well.
