24:min griled Horumon means intestines GUTS 😂
Loving the Japan series, Gabe! Can always count on you to show us the gems off the beaten path…
Enjoy your travels brother.
God bless you 🙏
26:13 Oops, next to the front right wheel – garbage! These are very rare moments that we can see garbage on the street in Japan, this seems like some kind of severe anomaly for Japan😄…
…excellent Gabriel, South Korea and Japan were very good choices. Keep it up, I enjoy it. I really am extremely sorry that you have such a criminally low number of views. I hope you can somehow sustain yourself in this business, maybe it is really time to visit China, sub-Saharan Africa and South America, that could bring you many more views and subscribers.
I love a mountain town, and much better, one with hot springs! Nice that there's a private onsen right at your hotel, very convenient. I can't wait to hear about your experience at one of the nicer ones, hopefully the water will be nice and hot!
What a shame the little village closed down at sunset. All those great restaurant options, but you had to scurry to find one that was open. Your meal looked good, though! The meals you've been showing in Japan don't seem all that outrageously expensive. Good to know you can eat on a budget there!
I was in Yufuin in april. Beautiful place. The crowds are mostly day tourists on bus tours staying a few hours.
You should get one of those Bluetooth microphones the fuzzy one – good especially for outdoor filming
Are you going to Osaka Gabriel?
❤
One of your favourite places – you say that about everywhere!!
湯布院、朝の金鱗湖は、幻想的で綺麗ですよ。
✌💙😊
Wow, I’m so digging this!
Gabe, I hope you stretched out in the nice new room! 😊 Edit: and nice hot tub soaking with good food!
The Cheshire Cat tour looks really cool!
My big dream is to stay at an onsen in Hokkaido with snow piling up to the roofs!!
Nagasaki has an atomic bomb museum. Seeing how it has recovered after 80 years would be amazing. When last there in 1983 we were confronted by an old man who survived the blast. It really made the visit real.
This town was a fantastic find. Very cool. Feels like there is at least one big unswered questions in every episode of this series. Why does a popular mountain town not have restaurants open for dinner? Id ask at the hotel reception, assuming they speak some English.
Thanks!
Real honest from an experience traveler, may not be the what most look for but hey he tells alot about places.
Always appreciate how the music you use fits the scenery. Most YouTubers use this horrid generic Western easy listening music thats not at all local to where they're filming, great work👍
Wow, what a really quaint mountain town. Looks like you jumped into a fairytale book. Enjoy your extra space and onsen. At least the restaurant that was open looked like it had good food. Cheers.✌️❤
Mountain towns are my favorite places, unless they are completely overrun with fellow tourists and everything is closed by 7:30 at night. Otherwise, that is a beautiful little place.
Enjoyed exploring with you.
Kind of reminds me of a Japanese Gatlinburg. hahaha

Bro glitched through reality and ended up in an undiscovered level of the Backrooms
$11 for all that is practically free wow
I'm planning on going to Japan next spring. I'm definitely going to try to go here.
A very cool video Gabe…. "What is going on? Did I just step into Narnia"….. Comment of YEAR Gabe!!!!!!
Overpriced nightmare
Sir – I can't keep up with the videos. Thanks for covering Japan so beautifully as you do every destination! Meticulous and Organised!
Happy thanksgiving from Colorado
Amazing
👍👍👍
I'm down, man. Traveler takes us on the hippest of trips.
You may have visited already by now, but kinrin pound is very beautiful and peaceful.
It reminds me so much of Kurashiki.
I studied at SF Zen Center with Daigaku Rumme who was like most priests at SFZC as he wasn’t Japanese, but Iowa born. Daigaku means school of learning so it’s appropriate for a teacher. My friend Douglass from Golden Gate Japanese Tea Garden in SF (his mom was born there and featured in Huell Howser episode) would get upset by cultural appropriation at Zen Center, but I am fine with it. Are you going to visit a monastery?
