- 1½ cups warm water
- 1 egg

- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef or lamb
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pine nuts (optional)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

- Vegetable oil

Prepare the Filling:

Prepare the Outer Shell:

Shape the İçli Köfte:

Fry Your Dumplings:
