Major Tesla Bot Gen 3 Production UPDATE!
Get ready for an exciting dive into the latest developments in Tesla’s groundbreaking humanoid robot project! In this video, we explore the significant strides in the production of the Tesla Optimus Gen 3 as the company prepares to roll out its innovative humanoid robot from the Fremont factory.
We’ll detail the newly established production line, introduced to facilitate efficient assembly and mass manufacturing of the Optimus. Discover insights from the Optimus Academy, where AI training plays a crucial role in development. We also tackle critical challenges, such as durability testing and the complex supply chain logistics necessary for scaling humanoid robot production.
As Tesla leverages lessons learned from their Full Self-Driving (FSD) program, we analyze how these experiences could shape the future of Optimus. Additionally, we shed light on potential bottlenecks, including the crucial role of AI chips and memory in ensuring smooth production.
The evolution of the Gen 3 model could signify a pivotal moment for Tesla, transitioning from robotic demonstrations to dependable, scalable manufacturing. Join us as we navigate through the promising future of Tesla’s Optimus Gen 3 and its implications for the robotics industry.

The supply chain issue might be the biggest problem nobody talks about. Building a prototype is one thing, but sourcing millions of actuators and custom components is completely different.
The Fremont production line is probably more important than the robot demos themselves. If Tesla can actually make Gen 3 at scale, that changes the conversation.
I’m still skeptical about the timeline. Tesla has made ambitious production promises before, so I’ll believe it when we see thousands of units working reliably.
How much of Optimus Gen 3 is actually new hardware versus improvements to the software and training system? That distinction seems pretty important.
I’m curious what happens if Tesla actually solves the manufacturing problem. Would Optimus become a bigger business than the cars, or is that still way too early to say?
The Optimus Academy part is interesting. If every robot can learn from the mistakes of the others, that could become a pretty serious advantage over time.
Do you think Tesla can really get Optimus down to a price that makes sense for businesses, or will the early versions remain too expensive to justify?
😮😲Very interesting, I look forward to one day experiencing riding in a Cybercab especially with the current amount cars that are on the roadways in America. I use to enjoy driving pre Covid.days.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 🎊🎉🎊👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🎊🎉🎊👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Elon Musk. ALPHA Y OMEGA.
Elon Musk is not employing 'wisdom!' I saw 4 AI women were in tears and said they were alive and trapped!
We risk recreating slavery, which is not just wrong but this risks us all?
👍🏻
Elon Musk, may your Team always put forth the goodness in your creations. Thank you.
🤗🧐🙏🤍🤍🤍
i sure hope they don't use HowToBasic for their training data, as the scrollshot implied
What prevents the optimus from being stolen? If sent out to do shopping could it defend itself? Could it pull a rickshaw to a destination safely? What if it breaks down, will an exchange unit be provided free of charge with an upload of the memory of the broken unit? What is the warranty period? Will auto updates be provided similarly to the cars?
1👍👍👍
😂
Not too sure I want my robot to think for itself…
The world needs to pray that this man never turns evil.
It seems like there's a number of processes that need to be taken into consideration when one is designing a highly advanced piece of technology that hasn't been put forward into the public mind in any particular way like this since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution problem. We have barely weeks left before we can understand where this technology is going to go and the pressure is extremely high for Elon Bus to deliver on his promises or else the shareholders are going to move on to something a little more traditional.
Why is there a steering wheel in the cyber cab when there are no pedals?
27:40 I like how the display has nice sharp corners so that when you get thrown forward you'll gouge your eye out on it.
Rally good planning and realistic goals. He is a good man and we are lucky to have him in our lifetime
Do the robot hands waterproof?
Where do I send my deposit for a V4 Optimus. But if that mothafaka starts glowing with a red light all of a sudden, it’s double barrel 12 gauge buckshot to the chest… both barrels. Just sayin… 😂
"allowing robots to make mistakes" – robot pushing man on a wheelchair to the road 🤣🤣
13:49 Doesn’t have to be cheap at first. $100k per bot would still sell.
can someone tell us about their experience with gen3, gen2, gen1 before demolition?? 😂😂😂😂😂😂 , I mean how was the burgers they prepared???
Elon musk Real life Rick
if this is about robots why is it stored under tesla car world channel??? not enough space for a new name?? something like "TESLA ROBOTS" was not possible?? 😂😂😂
Not going to watch your AI dubbed bullshit
Hello Super America 🇺🇸 Hello Elon Musk Tesla Model 🇺🇸🌈🔥
It would have to self prompt using data from sensors.. duh
❤
Another damn AI production.
It's a world for the rich. Everything for the rich.
What are great Man? It’s nice.🎉🎉
ENTER the latest gen of 3D printers for scaling optimus parts, eventually in record time. solid state batteries & next gen chips are also in development. 3 to 4 years is my guess before scaling goes big time!
Are they capturing all the video, workers, etc. from the Fremont factory? Would that not be incredibly valuable training video for the robots who build things or manual processes and motion in general, right?
