10:10 I think these people are picking rapeseed (Brassica lapus) by hand, which would be both laborious and not well paid: it's not the idyllic agrarian society it might appear, though I'm happy to be corrected.
Hi Noraly 8:12 a little tip, you have your settings to traditional chinese, which is used in ex. Taiwan, in China people use simplified chinese (vereenvoudigd). I believe the lady said 不认识, meaning 'dont know' in the sense of 'ken ik niet' in dutch. I.e. she didnt recognize the characters, or thought you were showing her a name or something. (If she wouldn't know there was a restaurant nearby, she would have said 不知道 instead, analogous to 'weet ik niet' in dutch)
Knowing that there was a heavy downpour and thunderstorm the previous night, choosing offroad routes was not a good idea.
China is beautiful, when you ride alone…!
The mud crossing where the helpful guy fried your clutch was the worst.
You are an amazing lady, full of heart , tansity and gumption
Are these videos able to be seen in China? I dont mind riding in the rain too much.. Its hail stones I dislike .
Lunch was free😂better than a dollar fifty 🎉
Save travels Noraly 🤟🏼🍀🍀🍀
#14:00 Ah, I love riding in the rain, but not for too long, and on a trip in China 😅😅
And what's cool about the video is that your mic picks up the sound of rain on the helmet very realistically, and it brings back memories from some of my trips.
❤❤❤
Hi maam. How many kilometers frankly can make in one full tank?
I miss China ❤ Was there five times so far and discovered several beautiful regions.
😂商店=shop, you can buy instant noodles and Eight Treasure Porridge and Convenience food &etc. So you haven't to eat food in restaurant.
This video is now restricted and being taken down on some networks 😮
Hi Noraly, we can see in your eyes how focused you are and how anxious you are feeling in this heavy rain. Take care and good luck. You 've got so much détermination.
在中国东北,乡村就都是平房了,很少见两层楼的;不过进入山海关后,尤其是过了淮河后,乡村基本都是三、四层小楼了。我也纳闷,为何有这么大差别呢。
hoi Noraly, wellicht even je stationair even bijregelen…..you Master of free meals😂😂
❤🇸🇪
c'est lavie
✊
Good
Uau😮
👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍
What do you use,to stop the pain in your wrists on long rides
Hey, here's a thought… Noraly's bike with TWO sidecars! Instant boat. You'd just need a knobby rear tire to act as a paddlewheel.
天啊,真担心洪水中被困的你,上苍保佑!
there is a low pressure or typhon maybe
I always hated riding in the rain… It seemed no matter how prepared I was ( rain gear, etc… ) I always got we to my underwear…
Exelent noraly❤❤
Thanks for sharing your journey through China, too bad you got caught in the heavey rain. Very nice people and helpful. Be careful going through the deep water and hopefully find a dry road to continue on Be careful, stay safe, and enjoy the journey.
How was the mouse on the stick with 10 legs 😂
The worst riding conditions sand, mud and river crossings. Now you faced sudden flood.
When are you planning on leaving to China and what is going to be the next target?
Thanks 👍
you get all the water over there thats missing in europe
Yee haa noraly and Franky play'in in the mud , safe travels
This is by far the best video from China for me
Brave lady!you are very close to my homeland pakistan please visit my country again and provide me an opportunity to be your host
The fact that your microphone picks up your heavy breathing makes it even more stressful. I am not a fan of mud, or sand, or steep rocky roads!
❤👌✌👍🙏 bless you noraly blijf veilig
很糟糕。。。
When Itchy typed ‘restaurant’ outside the shop at 8:15, the lady wasn’t saying there was no restaurant there; she simply didn’t recognise the character. This was because Itchy’s Google Translate translated the English into Traditional Chinese (‘餐廳’), rather than Simplified Chinese (‘餐厅’). Traditional Chinese is more commonly used in Hong Kong and Taiwan, while Simplified Chinese is generally used in mainland China. The two are usually mutually intelligible, but the word ‘餐廳/餐厅’ differs significantly between the two, so the lady did not understand what Itchy was asking.
