- 1 lb of fresh lobster meat, diced
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb of clams (fresh or canned)

- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of thyme

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
-
Sauté the Base: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
-
Add the Potatoes: Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing them to soak up the flavors.
-
Pour the Stock: Add the fish stock and bring to a simmer. Cook until the potatoes are tender, usually about 10-15 minutes.
