Nice footage, I am thinking this place is not your cup of tea. I have seen enough goats on Skiathos (when I worked there). This year I came back, goats on the dirt roads. But they are needed for the Feta. Adio Edwin
Called into Dhabi when staying in Sharm, on the way to the Holy Land. Going and returning for a great meal. We visited St Catherine's Monestry very interesting place. The last time I heard there had been some trouble and tourists were advised not to visit. Hope its not still not the case. Love Egypt. ❤
This was very interesting. Staying beside the goats may have been unpleasant for you, but, as a viewer, it was interesting to see how people live in that remote area. Thanks.
Just to put things into perspective: despite the rhetoric, thousands of Israelis travel to Sinai all year round, enjoying it safely and peacefully. There is a strong, stable peace treaty between Israel and Egypt, and Sinai only shares a border with Israel—not with Gaza or the Palestinian Authority. For most travelers, it remains an amazing and welcoming destination. Have you turned into a hater of Israel?
11:05 you're going to have the vegans after you.😂 Just kidding, I was a vegan for 13 years before I got cancer and then started to travel.
Beautiful
Gabriel, when are you going to get a chest mount for your biking adventures. Amazon for a few dollars. Safety first as a soon to be ex insurance underwriter 😂 mid November I am finished 😊
Very rustic I must say lol ! 😅
I can't believe you went to Dahab and didn't partake of any snorkeling or swimming even! That's like going to Paris and just ignoring the Eiffel Tower!
I wish you were still in Greece. What a difference between the blue and white of Greece and the filth of Egypt
Dude, I just left there 2 days ago.
I’m only just recovered from 4 days of diarrhoea.
I didn’t feel for the place and my Airbnb was grubby with roosters kicking off at 0300 in my yard as well as chickens and a goose attracting flies..
Like you mentioned the smell gets to you.
I cut my time short and got the hell out of there…
Love the Eygptian people, but the whole scene is tacky, full of Russians and people walking through the town in dive gear, heading for the water.
Get the next Blue bus out of there and don’t look back..😊
Looks alright, I checked the weather out, low 30s. Maybe a UK winter escape for me.
There’s nothing like waking up the the fresh smell of Goat dung in the morning..
🇨🇦❤👍🇪🇬
Next stop, Greece.
What a run down and slimy place! Greece MUCH MUCH nicer in every way!
Interesting place to visit for a day or two. Not everywhere has to be Bali or Santorini. 🐐🐐🐐👍
come to israel again gabriel 🙂
8$ for that shit bike is expensive ngl here Gab haha
Holy unsanitary fly shit!!!! You'd think an Air BnB would have some ultraviolet bug zappers, fly sticks or other insect deterrents!
Oh man, i would definitely hit the St. Catherine Monastery which has some of the most amazing Byzantine icons in the world – including the famous one of Jesus' face depicting the human and divine natures. Several of these icons survived the Iconoclastic period because of their remote locale.
Many tourists who visited sharem a sheikh complained of food poisoning. Be aware Gab
The bike is brutal but any day on a bike to me is a good day mike the bike from mzt mx
Getting to Lake Bardawil is relatively straightforward. You can hop on a bus from Cairo to El Arish and then take a local taxi to the park entrance. It’s not usually overcrowded.
The protected park may be an hour taxi from there.
Seagrass beds and tidal pools — the coastal meadows and pools are nursery grounds for fish and shrimp and attract shorebirds; great for close-up wildlife spotting if you check the edges at low tide.
Birdwatching is recognized as an effective path to better mental health & is a practice to be encouraged.
Of note is an Ecosystem Restoration Cooperative project by Ties Vander Houven inspired by John D Liu film 'Green Gold' – it's 40 minutes on YouTube. Regenerate an intact ecosystem and we'll really have something. Something of greater value that anything that can be extracted from it. ❤ ◇ ♡
Wow Gabriel. I really admire your lifestyle wandering around the world and visit different places in every continent. You are the kind of person who it would be impressive to invite a meeting that You can share your most exciting experiences. This way your life looks like an adventure book😊
Regards from Argentina
BAHHHHHHHHAAHHHHH! Noisy perhaps as well. Awful! Unreal!
Looks very run down. I wouldn't go there.
Must be time to go back to Greece.
Interesting to get off the beaten path and show a different life

What a DIVE!
I bet you heard a lot of Russian in Dahab. Glad you went here, this is yet another location in Egypt I have no interest in visiting, not sure there are any, really.
Hi there
Had many trips to sharm el sheikh in the past the resort is worth a visit before you return to airport .
Recomend boat to tiran island great to even snorkel and a trip to Ras mohamed narure reserve ..
Safe trips from Scotland 😊
The smell of goats doesn,t bother me, I grew up in a village where the goat pen was right next to the house.😊 But I imagine that wasn,t a pleasant discovery, in any case, it was quite an experience – a truly local one.😄 The underwater world is magnificent, however!👍
Nomad Bad Ass Gabe 😍 ❤😊
Stay in Greece ❤❤❤❤
Was there in the early 80 s, one hut, very very very few tourists, few bedouins, slept on the beach for some days, surrounded by a lot of friendly streetdogs
25:53 27:05 Do not underestimate evil. Stop eating animals. Causing suffering is sin by divine justice. Instead of normalizing it one needs to oppose it.
Get out of sin.
10:28 Flies can be easily caught with a catcher and a flashlight and brought outside.
There is a spirit-healing technique secretly known at university that works for some that involves comfortably building up pressure while holding a deeper breath locking the air at the neck mouth closed to push against energetic blockages in the chest and head region. Only perform at your own discretion, sitting with little pressure as there is risk of falling.
Nice vid, great to see something different
Shithole….safe to say ill never visit that place 😂
Gabe is out of Greece. Time to get back on board the channel
