“Navigating Grocery Shopping in Panama City: A Guide for Expats” – Video

Living as an expat in a new country can be both exciting and challenging, especially when it comes to day-to-day tasks like grocery shopping. In my latest video, I take you along with me on a grocery shopping trip in Panama City, Panama, showing you three different supermarkets where I stock up on provisions for my place.

As an expat, it’s important to find local supermarkets that offer a variety of options and products that you are familiar with from back home. In the video, I visit Super 99, Price Mark, and Reas SM, each offering a unique shopping experience and a different selection of products.

I also share my shopping strategy, explaining that I buy bulk items at Price Mark, fresh produce at local street markets, and certain grocery items at Super 99. Each supermarket has its own appeal and serves a specific purpose in my grocery shopping routine.

Throughout the video, I share insights into the prices, products, and atmosphere of each supermarket, giving viewers a firsthand look at what it’s like to shop for groceries as an expat in Panama City.
