Bangladesh’s political landscape has undergone a seismic shift as Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s 15-year reign came to an abrupt end with her resignation and subsequent flight to India. The military has stepped in to take caretaker control of the country following weeks of mass protests that ultimately forced Hasina out of office.
Demonstrators flooded the streets of Bangladesh to celebrate Hasina’s departure, marking the end of an era that many saw as plagued by corruption, authoritarianism, and human rights abuses. The ousting of Hasina represents a critical misstep in her leadership, as the cries for democracy and justice grew louder and more persistent.
Al Jazeera’s Tanvir Chowdhury reported from the capital, Dhaka, capturing the jubilation and relief felt by the people of Bangladesh as they look towards a new chapter in their country’s history. The Free Bangladesh movement, fueled by the #BangladeshProtests and #BanglaSpring hashtags, has gained momentum and widespread support as citizens demand accountability and reform.
The resignation of Sheikh Hasina signals a turning point for Bangladesh, with hopes for a more transparent and inclusive government on the horizon. The events leading up to her departure serve as a reminder of the power of the people and the resilience of democracy in the face of oppression.
As Bangladesh transitions to a new era under military caretaker control, the world watches closely to see what lies ahead for this South Asian nation. The legacy of Sheikh Hasina’s rule will be remembered as a period of turmoil and unrest, but also as a catalyst for change and progress in the pursuit of a freer and more just society.

We are happy but concern about conspiracy by Indian agent RAW, we are facing huge trouble by the hypocrisy of Indian agents, they're destructing, firing and killing mass people right now. We are also concern about the Indian media publishing fake news about minors security.
Here the students, and mass people are protecting the minors house, property and worship places. The minors are save undoubtfully here.
It shouldn’t hijack the original moto of Revolutionary students protests. Students need to be very sincere and care to protect to build and form a peaceful, corruptless, equality to all, Justice to all committed government..
Alhamdulillah
Bangladesh was freed from tyranny. Justice now for her people!!

A dictator fall because of his/her ego. She thought the army will commit genocide for her. But the Bangladesh Army refrained to go against the country and people. It's timr to build our country once again. This time we won't allow the killing of democracy.
