They choose to live there! I also grew up poor in Manila, but I consciously decided to move back to Visayas to work on a farm instead. 🕊️✌️ So many Filipinos wrongly believe they'll make it rich in Manila and waste their entire lives there, enduring under horrible living conditions. Just go home! Don't suffer because of your delusions.
Is your wife, Drew, from Polangui? Oh, what a noted town?😃✌️
that's wild that the government allows people to live under there!
These slim dwellers will to survive and care for each other is awesome considering all the hardships they face on a daily basis.
Great video! Thanks to you and your wife for taking us on this journey. Such wonderful people. As harsh as it is for them, their smiles filled me with joy.
Being poor is not an excuse to live dirty, to litter everywhere around the whole country. Philippines is like the biggest polluter. Indonesia is as poor as the Philippines yet so much cleaner.
PHILIPPINES RAAHH🎉🎉
you are not humanizing these stories you are monetizing them
The filthy water breaks my heart.
Its a shame when YouTubers exploit poverty with videos for personal profit. Not watching this YouTuber ever again.
Salamat Drew🙏🥰
You should have given more than just 4kg of rice…
Oh Lord, give hidayah and help these good people
keep on reproducing. like idiots
But how did you help them ? You just go there for views . Shame on you.
Wow its pretty amazing that they are still pretty happy there, sure is a really good video. Makes you be glad for what you have.
❤️🙏🇺🇲💯
Have you ever tried to use Bitcoin for remittances?
When development is not meant to be bottom up!
My family was once as poor that we lived in a push cart and used a bus station toilet. We strived and now we have more houses for each member, cars and businesses. I hope those who never experienced being poor stop glorifying poverty. It is a life of misery and anxiety. Stop saying they are happy despite being poor. How can one be happy when poverty strips you off your dignity?
Why do the people have babies who need to live in filth? What is the Government doing to clean it all up? How do Tondo buy food and clothes?
Bro this is the result of redundant corrupt politicians from government agencies down to brgy level everyone on position has no vision but to feed from
country's budget, keep voting for same people then what to except?
Some of those girls are super hot. How much money would I need to look rich there?
Filipinos are always so friendly and welcoming! They love the camera!
Manila reminds me of Grey terminal in one piece
Unfortunately, smiling doesn’t mean happiness!
Government officials are looking for war. Because listen to USA 🇺🇸. Their economy collapsed very badly. The American government wants them to collapse. Like Japan 🇯🇵 too.
As much as im not happy with things that happen in my country this video makes me grateful to live where i do.
There are a lot of positive stories to share about the Philippines, which I’ve been doing since 2017 and will continue to do so because I love this country. But this one in specific is a story that I felt needed to be shared – thank you for watching and I look forward to hearing your thoughts and comments! 🙏🏼🇵🇭
