I love the versatility of this dish. You can swap out the pork mince for chicken, turkey or beef mince.
Using fresh noodles means they don’t need an extra pan for boiling. You can add them straight into the pan with the meatballs. They soak up that lovely sauce too.
You can leave out the fresh chilli and chilli flakes if you’re cooking for anyone who doesn’t like heat. The flavour is still fantastic, without the spiciness.
