Wow, the video is so beautiful! + I'm the first to comment, give me a heart!❤😊
Yo-Yo Doug, ur just da man i wanna see. How were U able to stay in Istanbul more than 90 days? I was told I cant stay in turkey more than 90 days. I quit my job and I am about to sell everything. Pleze hurry, hurry.
I ve watched the previous video of Turkmenistan now let's dive in this one ❤
I guess you already visited Germany so may i ask u about the transportation quality there? Cuz i heard that they got problems too related to time and schedule and i thought Germany's trains and metros are the same quality as Japan
Terrible place
Turkmenistan's residents are fleeing the country en masse. It's said that the country's true population is half of the official figure reported by the authorities. The last census was not made public, likely due to the government's inconvenient population figures. Residents are fleeing widespread terror and poverty, primarily to Uzbekistan and Turkey. Hello from Poland
Great video Doug! It was good to see you mingle with the locals. The people always love you, and why not.! Unique was my impression also of this country. Looking forward to another tour with you in the future. Doug gives the absolute best tours, you'll never be disappointed!
crazy episode of wedding crashers
If I have a chance, I wanna go there to go around white city😊
10:50 little wonder they keep that 'pool gate' closed with all the kids running about, as a parent you said sunken lake and that hit my instincts immidietly. regadless Turkmenistan looks like a lovely place.
consider me as visited Turkmenistan
thank you
Only half way through the video so but enjoying it as an expat in Turkmenistan! The wedding headdress is called a kürte and they can be really, really heavy, the ladies covering their mouths can talk to older men in their family if their father in law gives them permission through gifting a piece of jewellry to them. Some ladies still don't though as a sign of respect. The bench you ate on isa tapchan. Also common in Uzbekistan, not sure about other Central Asian countries. Thought I'd share my Turkmen teacher's cultural insights.
the food looked delicious , and the cooks sound effects were great !
Rural Turkmenistan is somewhere so obscure not even Bald And Bankrupt has made it there!
Wrong photo of the 1st president

Thanks for your informative and insightful videos! You show places, cultures, and customs that most of us will never experience. You do so with respectful humor, kindness, and good will. And without a camera crew following you around to artificially influence the interactions. The connections are authentically human. Keep up the amazing work!
0:49 Its not the picture of Great Turkmenbashi ‼️
A blue car? I had to rewind to make sure I wasn’t seeing things😂
Welcome to Turkmenistan
But in the video you mistakenly put different president, not Turkmenbashy but a father of current president 🙂
