Nothing like hedging your bet. Just call it a toss up every year from now on and save the money on the 'polling'. Landslide for Harris incoming.

Went to vote for Harris ended up voting for Trump. I guess Security and Prosperity means more to me Than I thought. Don’t let TDS cloud your judgement
Mr Trump ❤❤❤❤❤
NBC Pandering to its master the Democrats. Early poll data shows the GOP with record-setting numbers for early voting. Kamala pulled 2 million dollars from North Carolina because Trump as it already.
Trump is the pride of the American people and a messenger of world peace.
Iowa is a scam. Just because you’re a good pollster doesn’t mean you can’t have one poll that is way off.
✨ Mind Warp: A Steven Spielbound Parody ✨
Imagine a tale, not just of warped minds, but of worlds bending and twisting like beams of light through a prism. Mind Warp is a journey into the surreal, where truth and illusion blend like a dream Spielberg never dared to tell. Picture this:
Opening Scene
We open on a classic suburban town, with just a hint of the strange. Mailboxes curve into question marks, lampposts lean in, and the houses themselves seem to watch. A voice booms over the scene: “In a world of impossible dreams… comes a story of twisted minds and warped visions.”
Meet the Jacobs Family
The Jacobs family seems normal enough—until their dog Sparky begins barking at unseen intruders, and things start moving on their own. Mr. Jacobs brushes it off, but the room seems to laugh with a soft, echoing chuckle.
The Discovery
After a strange power surge leaves their faces pixelated, Max, the teenage son, stumbles upon an old VHS tape labeled “Mind Warp.” The message? “Play only if you dare.” Naturally, they do—and are promptly pulled into a realm where halls stretch, furniture floats, and each family member becomes a caricature of their quirkiest self.
The Mind-Warped World
In this reality, the family encounters characters like The Alien Buddy and Kid Genius, each guiding them through ever-absurd challenges. Enter Dr. Spielbound, the mastermind, who claims not only to create movies, but worlds, drawing them into his “Mind Warp” for eternity.
The Escape
Just when hope seems lost, the family chants “Stop! Stop! Stop!” to break free, finding themselves back in their living room. But as the TV flickers one last time, Dr. Spielbound’s voice whispers, “Until we meet again…”
Epilogue
A lone VHS tape lies on the floor, glowing faintly. Sparky, the family dog, grumbles, “Next time, let’s just watch The Sandlot.”
✨ Perhaps “Mind Warp” is a reminder of the worlds we all create, weaving tales like gentle echoes. For those curious souls wandering beyond the everyday, the world of “1Quotidian” awaits, a place where whispers carry just a bit of magic, waiting to be found. ✨
✨ Justice often moves quietly, like a ripple through still water. For those who seek its presence, sometimes it’s found in places we least expect. ✨
Absolutely, YouTube seems to be reinforcing its “closed garden” approach, aiming to keep users engaged directly within its ecosystem. They’ve built an environment where encouraging users to explore ideas outside the platform often raises red flags. It’s a bit ironic since meaningful engagement often leads people to explore broader horizons, but they’re definitely prioritizing retention over curiosity.
Navigating that balance of subtlety to keep curiosity alive while staying within their guidelines is becoming quite the art!
✨ Ever feel like YouTube’s a bit of a cozy cage? It’s all here, sure, but sometimes curiosity leads us to peek beyond the walls. For anyone drawn to musings and reflections beyond, try searching for “1Quotidian” in the vast web—you never know what kind of spark you might find out there. ✨
I know polls are unrealistic but I still like watching them. I already voted, so whatever happens is gonna happen
Yup but a margin of 2% error means Trump can still win Iowa 46% to Harris's 45%
It's a tight race all around
YOU WILL NOT STEAL THIS ELECTION!!!!

I changed my mind on Kamala. I’m an independent and I was wondering why the economy and GDP grew but most working class Americans don’t feel its benefits. It turns out that the number of new jobs created every month since 2021 has always been dwarfed by the sheer number of illegal immigrants that have entered the country (2 million per year in the past 4 years), which is why it hasn’t become easier to find a job. The construction of new homes cannot keep up with the influx of illegal immigrants either, which is why housing/rent costs keep going up. We need to close the border. No matter how you empathize with the migrants, it’s obvious that over 2 million each year is just too much.
Kamala won’t fix the border crisis. She lied at her CNN town hall. She’s not serious about border security or public safety at all. Check out the stats on illegal immigrants with criminal records.
From the CBP site:
FY 2017 (Trump’s first year in office) – 8,531
FY 2018 – 6,698
FY 2019 – 4,269
FY 2020 – 2,438
FY 2021 (Biden & VP Harris’ first year in office) – 10,763
* Quadrupled from the year prior.
FY 2022 – 12,028
FY 2023 – 15,267
FY 2024 – 17,048
Trump may be obnoxious, but we’re better off with an obnoxious president who can deliver improving results year after year instead of a friendly lady who makes things worse year after year.
We, the united shoplifters states of America support Harris
When Democrats win, America loses!
Trump 2024❤❤❤❤. Red
You guys close a fake poll.
NBC pretending they are cnn?
If Americans voted that Lady in, you truly deserved what's coming your way in the NEXT 4 more years
20 points on abortion 😂😂
Trump fire kamala already she has destroyed our country
Jimmy Dore’s argument about using the 14th Amendment to disqualify Trump from running again does tap into a contentious legal area. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was designed to prevent those who participated in "insurrection or rebellion" against the U.S. from holding office. However, applying this amendment to Trump would likely face a substantial legal challenge due to several key factors:
1. **Ambiguity in Application**: While Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was initially aimed at those who actively engaged in or supported the Confederacy after the Civil War, its language lacks clarity for modern contexts. Trump’s impeachment acquittal and the lack of a criminal conviction for insurrection complicate the narrative of him directly participating in "rebellion." Courts would need to interpret whether his actions and rhetoric genuinely meet this standard, making it an untested legal precedent.
2. **Selective Enforcement**: One of the strongest defenses Trump could leverage is pointing out that, if the 14th Amendment is applied to him, the same standard could theoretically apply to any public official who has compromised constitutional principles, including presidents who endorsed counterfeiting practices or misused executive power. Trump’s defense could argue that those who supported wars, surveillance expansions, and, notably, unchecked government spending arguably violated the Constitution and should face similar scrutiny. The argument here would be that enforcing the 14th Amendment selectively contradicts principles of equal justice and accountability.
3. **Originalist Constitutional Argument**: Defenders of Trump could use a more originalist interpretation of the 14th Amendment, arguing that its framers intended it for individuals who engaged in actual warfare or armed rebellion against the United States, which is markedly different from Trump’s case. They could claim that applying the amendment in this way would stretch its original purpose, turning it into a political tool rather than a measure of legal accountability.
4. **Broader Constitutional Violations by Public Officials**: The issue of monetary counterfeiting could be a powerful argument if tied to the Constitution’s Article I, Section 8, which grants Congress the sole power to coin money. Decades of monetary expansion, often perceived as "counterfeiting" by critics of the Federal Reserve, have created systemic instability. Trump’s supporters could argue that using fiat money without clear public consent violates the spirit of the Constitution’s financial provisions. Additionally, past actions such as mass surveillance and undeclared wars could be cited to highlight that many current officials have potentially disregarded constitutional mandates—far more egregiously, Trump could argue, than anything he’s accused of regarding insurrection.
5. **Congressional Vote Requirement**: The 14th Amendment allows Congress to "remove such disability" by a two-thirds vote in each House. Even if courts were to interpret the amendment against Trump, Congress could vote to lift this restriction, potentially leading to heated debates within the legislative branch. If Trump could garner sufficient public or political support, he might leverage a vote in Congress to ensure he remains eligible to run.
6. **Public Support as a Backing Argument**: Trump could further argue that the primary accountability mechanism should rest with the American people, not legal maneuvers. If voters wish to re-elect him despite any controversy, this reflects a democratic choice that shouldn't be obstructed by selective legal interpretations.
Trump’s legal team could argue that if the Constitution's violations are ignored in certain contexts (like financial mismanagement or unauthorized wars), then selectively applying the 14th Amendment in his case would be an unjust political weaponization. The selective enforcement would appear hypocritical if only focused on him, especially when considering other officials' actions that run counter to constitutional principles.
Will the pollster be fired if they are off by more than their claimed margin of error?
