With the introduction of planted bombs which don't have to be nuclear for offensive and defensive purposes warmongering will become a thing of the past because the risk of war with planted bombs places all parties in concern equally at risk. There will no longer be a country supplying arms and causing all kinds of death and destruction from the sidelines without any risk of being attacked as well.
