I always found it interesting how a lot of judges tend to have little to no heat tolerance when it comes to spice. Bobby usually uses jarred Calabrian chilis which are not at all spicy. Feel bad because Chef Rob's dish looked nice. One of the few times the contestant actually didn't go traditional on this show.
