- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water (about 110°F or 45°C)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 cup fresh green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- Salt, to taste
