Israeli settlers’ attacks are continuing to escalate in the occupied West Bank, with reports of homes being vandalized, burned down, and livestock stolen. International activists providing protection to Palestinian communities have also been targeted by these attacks.
According to local sources, there have been an average of four attacks per day, totaling 1,050 attacks documented by the UN since October 7. More than 20 Palestinian communities, with at least 1,000 residents, have disappeared from the Masafer Yatta area and Jordan Valley as a result of these attacks, pushing rural communities into cities while their land is cleared.
Al Jazeera’s Nour Odeh reports from Ramallah in the Occupied West Bank on the ongoing violence and harassment by Israeli settlers in the region. The situation in the West Bank continues to be tense, with these attacks causing further instability and fear among the Palestinian population.
