Osaka is the third-largest city in Japan and the second-biggest metropolitan area in the country, with more than 19 million inhabitants. Along with the rest of the country, they must deal with a rising number of emergency calls due to the ageing population, which puts a lot of pressure on emergency medical services. One of the most populous cities in the world, Greater Mexico City is home to 20 million inhabitants. Given its high population and fast-paced, vibrant way of life, it’s no wonder that the city’s emergency medical services have their work cut out for them.

Hello cdmx 👍🙂
I want to live in Japan..
Canada funded the production of this video, yet we have shortage of paramedics and other healthcare providers!
I don't know where you get your numbers, maybe you'll see a motorciclist without helmet in a rural area, not in Mexico city, ambulance rides are not EVER free, you could be unconscious in a hospital and wake up and bill be next to your bed.
This is not an emergency service but a better taxi transport. Just look at the German emergency services. Highly professional with every treatment in the ambulance. Greetings Torsten
Excelente documental, me sorprendio la diferencia entre México y Japón, en Japón puedes llamar a una ambulancia por un corte pequeño y en México limpias la herida del paciente acuchillado en la cabeza y lo dejas ir, muy drástico 😮😮
