“AN AWESOME ACTION MOVIE” follows the misadventures of two young film enthusiasts, Leonel and Roberto Rangel. Driven by their passion for cinema, Leonel decides to create an action film and shares his ambitious idea with his younger brother. Their plans take an unexpected turn when their mother informs them that their grandmother in Monterrey, Mexico, is ill and requires care.
Seizing the opportunity of their mother’s absence, the Rangel brothers venture to produce their movie. Lacking the necessary resources and experience, they enlist the help of Uncle Churros, who has previous experience as an extra on a film set. However, their naive enthusiasm leads them down a reckless path when they find themselves short on funds and resort to kidnapping a famous actor for ransom.
As the plot thickens, the boys discover that their captive has no money to give. Undeterred, they force the actor to participate in their film, leading to comedic chaos as the actor attempts to escape. This bizarre twist raises a question: Will the public perceive his escape as part of the film’s storyline, or will they realize the truth behind the scene?
