a pilot flying the same aircraft from Delhi to Ahmedabad noted in the technical log a “stabiliser position transducer defect”, the newspaper said.
The stabiliser position transducer is a sensor that controls the up and down movement of the aircraft’s nose, and transmits the data to flight control systems. The official said the malfunction was checked and the engineer did the troubleshooting.
“The malfunction is a critical issue as it can trigger incorrect responses in flight control, including unintended fuel cut-off signal,”
The pilot was trained to remain calm – hardly a smoking gun. This kind of Boeing funded disinformation campaign is utterly sickening
This is a dirty attempt to shift responsibility for the disaster onto the pilots.
It's better for the investigative commission to pay attention to the sensor that tells the system that the plane has lifted off the ground. The plane did not realize that it had taken off, and because of this, it did not allow the engines to start at full thrust.
Pure speculation doesn't solve anything!
AS USUAL ALL ABOUT MONEY
Boeing flights should have much more high efficiency and advanced technology towards these such crashes as 270 lives went off. Finally I would comment that airlines should take care of each and every lives.
The pilot is to blame once again so they can save Boeing. Profits over safety Boeing is pretty good on that 😡😡😡😡
Headlining a terrible lie against Boeing. Very hateful without factual cause or basis.
What is new in this
nice narrative for viewership.
Remove toggel type fuel cut off switch and instal key type switch as vehicle system to avoid this type of problem,
I think Boeing paid you a good amount to put the blame on pilots with this useless video. Get your facts and evidences before making these kind of stupid and useless videos.
Don't WASTE your time on this garbage!
Guys stop speculating. Just look at the video taken by the young boy form his window and the one recorded in airport cctv. WE can clearly see that plane rolled , caught speed and smoothly took off. There seems nothing wrong. Then suddenly it stalls for very brief period and starts sinking with nose up. The conclusion is very much obvious. Plane took off on residual fuel as main supply did not come. The entire cockpit dialogue is planted by AIIB to misguide people. It appears clear case of sabotage. RAT dropping out in final moments shows engines had failed. This is corroborated by survivor passenger
This channel can write a good story line for a fantasy movie…
#dontblamethecaptain
Utter Bullshit.
You should be sued in a court of Law.
Bullshit theory by a sick in mind entity who has nothing to do except waste of time! 🫣
They just took off,why in world, they need to shut off the fuel system 🧑🔧
Why keep saying the switch was manually moved? Really trying to blame the pilot all the time. First trying to use the sliding seat as the reason for the pilot to pulled back the throttle. When this was not accepted they use the fuel cut off switch as another attempt to blame the pilot. The switches may not have physically in the cut off position, probably intermittently the valves transmission to cut off position due to bad signal/erroneous signal, wiring fault etc. Can the FDR tell that the switch is physically moved to cut off position or the valve that transitioned to cut off position? As far as the FDR can tell is that the cut off valves moved to cut off position.
No pilot will try to suicide like that and if this the the case everytime we fly we better check if the pilot is mentally okay or not. Now all pilots know that they can use that switches for suicide. This is so damn dangerous. Flying isn't safe any longer. Rather then screening all the luggages and checking for dangerous weapon carried on board is now better to screen all the pilots whether they pass the mental and health test before every flight
A ghost did it,
Boeing just dont wana be blame so they will do anything to blame the pilots an close the case just not to pay that big money to the victim families
Being me, what has our PM said anything? Buying future disasters and. washing the the same on the Ganges? Sad ..m
The investigation narrows down all the possibles to one reality. So far it is established that the switches cannot be accidentally operated and that one of the pilots, shortly after takeoff cut the fuel. This video just befuddles via dozens of implausible theories
senseless chatter
That is totally right. Boeing wants to avoid responsibility … that is insane
Might An intentional frustrated extra flap control automatically shuts fuel switch?, how true that one pilot experienced depression?, intensive fact findings must be done to be fair.
Too much bullshit!!!
Pure gaslighting nonsense. This was a deliberate act of a man who was suffering ongoing mental health issues that the airline chose to ignore. He should have been considered high risk, and grounded long before this tragedy occurred.
THE PILOT'S DYING DECLARATION SHOULD SUFFICE FOR TATA TO CANCEL ALL DEAL WITHB BOEING & ASSOCIATES.
666 thumbs up???
the prelim report left more questions than answers. hopefully, the final report will have the answers to most if not all of the questions.
Pure fiction. Sorry, I randomly came across your video.
Here is the real explanation, Captain used both hands to almost simultaneously move both switches to off. On this action, at least ten different alarms visual and oral were going off all at once. First officer was worrying about flying the aircraft, this took him longer to get the switches back on with one hand. Also, I’m sure he could not believe his eyes. The CDR verified those switches were moved to cut off. Upon the movement of both fuel cut-off switches to the "CUTOFF" position, the Boeing 787's sophisticated warning systems would immediately initiate a comprehensive cascade of alerts, both visual and aural, to inform the flight crew of the critical situation. The rat deployed automatically and eventually the APU began its auto start function. The recent inspection verified it was not the fuel cutoff switches; they did not magically move themselves. The final outcome was a forgone conclusion, at the altitude of shut off nothing on earth was going to bring power back on in time. Keep attempting to blame Boeing and the aircraft for everything when reality, as stark as it is, becomes obvious.
The "Boeing Honeywell Uninterruptible Autopilot System" turn the fuel off internally. This system is installed on every Boeing chassis. Not too many people know about it. If you'd like to learn more about this, then study the system and its capabilities. I'm not flying Boeing anymore.
Must b thousands of what happened senarios
Ok so opinions so my opinion is the switch was defective and snapped which madevthebother one snap and pilots were asking each other and in shock it took a few seconds to put switch bad to run. People r harsh putting names on people. I worked with a nice cna. She never gossiped about others or put people down. She talked about her family kids etc. People called her chatty kathy snd made fun of her. I dont think that pilot was sucidal bc he had to care for his dad which he could have hired help or nursing home and then did extra when in town. Boeing is at fault. No one is so depressed to face death like that.
Air india had lots of problems with all aircraft's in fleet engine poor maintained aircraft's is to blame but same aircraft's in emirate Qatar Singapore thai france British American has very few problems
Boeing is always looking for ways to save money, even if it may be deadly. The MCAS on the 737 max was written by 2nd rate overseas engineers. Who wrote the software that allows the system to shut off the fuel switches? That's the 1st place for investigators to review.
Normally, when you are questioned, why did you do that, the proper reply should be,
,do what? Then only would he say, I didn't do that.
I don’t believe anybody will be happy with the results of the investigation either way . India has had this plane for a while with no problems. If it was a flaw in planes system wouldn’t it have showed up before now?
I'm off, some seconds listen to this clip.
India pilots is crazy
