Joined by co-host Tatiana, the duo explores the bustling Elmina Fish Market and dives deep into the world of Ghanaian seafood cuisine.

The adventure begins at the Elmina Fish Market where the team meets Esun, the talented cooking lady responsible for whipping up some delicious Fante Fante, a traditional tomato fish stew. They also encounter local fishermen and are amazed by the sheer size of the giant swordfish on display.

Next, they visit a Chop Bar run by the lovely Nana Ama, where they indulge in a mouth-watering meal of fried tilapia with banku, a boiled fermented corn and cassava dough. They also enjoy some spicy shito, a hot sauce made with a flavorful blend of ingredients.

The journey continues at a Smokehouse owned by Mary, where they sample some perfectly smoked fish and indulge in a scrumptious meal of apapransa, a crab and palm nut soup, and kontomire, a cocoyam leaves stew with smoked fish.
