One of the standout dishes on their menu is the “spot-on” barbacoa nachos. These nachos are a play on the classic Mexican dish, featuring tender and flavorful barbacoa beef layered on top of crispy tortilla chips. Topped with melted cheese, fresh salsa, guacamole, and a drizzle of sour cream, these nachos are truly dynamite.
To recreate these mouthwatering barbacoa nachos at home, you’ll need the following ingredients:
– Barbacoa beef
– Tortilla chips
– Shredded cheese
– Salsa
– Guacamole

To assemble these nachos, simply layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet and evenly distribute the barbacoa beef on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and top with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. Serve hot and enjoy the explosion of flavors with each bite.

Guy’s losing some hair.
The whole idea is we had one flavortown guy with his bleach blonde highlights that stayed strong through the 20 years since the turn of millennium. Now he is bringing his kids into it which, yeah, nepotism. I get it but this used to be a proper show. Terrible what it has become.
The story was good 😊
Guy: What kind of menu?

Highbanks is named for its massive 100-foot-high shale bluff towering over the Olentangy State Scenic River. Tributary streams cutting across the bluff have created a number of deep ravines in the eastern part of the 1,204-acre park. Ohio and Olentangy shales, often containing outstanding large concretions, are exposed on the bluff face and sides of the ravines.
