Thank you for rescuing Shazam. He has such a good temperament. I can never understand these sickos who hit a dog and don't stop and get assistance for it.
That bath scene with rose petals and gentle head massage was epic! Anyone who gets to be his human, is gonna be sooo lucky đ

Your videos used to cover a bit more detail. Like what was found, how it was treated, length of recovery. etc.. These are more like video shorts now instead of actual rescue videos. In the immortal words of Johnny Five from Short Circuit. "Need more input Stephanie!"
I'm confused. You gave him a bath while he had a fractured pelvis? Shouldn't surgery come first? Wouldn't that bath be painful for him, all that moving around, or did you have him all doped up on pain meds, just for a stupid rose-petal photo-shoot? How did the surgery go? You usually shout out the surgeon by name, but you didn't this time. And then you skipped the recovery time, and — whoooosh! — he's jumping around and ready for adoption. Sorry, your rose-petal bath looked like victim fetishization to me. I wanted to see that dog in surgery, STAT.

Look at him MOVING!!!! WOW!!! What a transformation.

Thank you for saving him đđđ
He is a beautiful boy! I absolutely love him but I am in Georgia!
đ
he's such a gentle boy. awesome H4P to help him and glad he's well. during his bath time, he looked to be in complete bliss and thinking "this feels goodâșïž"
Poor baby! He was obviously in too much pain to even care that you were there, until you tried to pick him up. It wasn't aggression when he whipped his head around, it was the pain of movement. Loretta suggesting the sling was exactly what I was thinking. So happy that people in your area know or learn to call you in these situations!
Thank God for people like you that care about animals and help them when in need. â€
This one really hurt my heart.
Thank you Eldad and crew. I cried watching this rescue. You are always so tender & gentle. You are wonderful people and I am so Grateful to the people who called you. This poor baby suffered so much but as usual you made everything better! đđđ
Heâs a sweet natured dog, some strays are dangerous especially when hurt but you guys sure know what youâre doing.
His obvious pain is so heartbreaking đ And then to have such a magical transformation… it makes the name SHAZAM really fit. đ Thank you for all the work you do!
So nice to see a video with both Eldad and Loretta! And one with a dog. Been a lot of cat videos recently which are fine, but I just enjoy the dog ones more.
Such a handsome dog! How could anyone abandon him?!
Thank you for all you do â€
Thank you to the Hope For Paws team for all you do! Shazam (Shazi) is definitely a special case! His recovery took a few months. He had a lot of emotional baggage and is NOT a fan of change. Heâs going to need someone with a huge heart and a lot of patience to give him time and understanding. â€
