an acapella of THROW THE JEW DOWN THE WELL, THANK YOU!
60 minutes. Just another sensationalistic entertainment show.
RIP 60 Minutes 💐
While Borat is funny if you think of it, it’s mocking Muslim countries and painting the people like idiot second class citizens. Not great coming from his background. Comes off more as propaganda.
Good job interviewing a Mossad agent
So glad he survived Olympia WA
A legend
Ouch, 5 minutes in and I still really want to like Ariel Levy but she is too much. She needs to listen more and speak less I think? What is it exactly? I don't know. I'm not hating on her. I can see her 20 years from now flinching when she watches this. Thoughts?
This man said that he was breakdancing “pre-hip hop?” In the early 80’s? I’ll give him a pass for being English, but dang, even Ali G knows that hip hop began in the 1970’s
Big fan of Sasha and his work. 🎉
When I saw "Borat" for the first time in a movie theater in Israel the whole audience were on the ground laughing uncontrollably. it still is one of the best comedy movies ever made.
I wrote a paper on his interview with Chomsky for a linguistics – discourse analysis course. Professor loved it. Got an A.
Interesting.
So many things not talked about given such a great opportunity.
Ali should intervju Brüno about Ayman Abu Aita. And he should interview Sacha about Habonim Dror and a few more interesting topics. Would make proper comedy.
Since CBS didn't.
I am a HUGE fan of Sacha, but I do have one major gripe with him: the complete disregard for the elephant in the room, namely, crowd psychology or herd mentality. It has been shown countless times that people in a crowd lose some of their sense of individual identity and personal responsibility. They may do or shout things they would normally find embarrassing, unacceptable, or completely out of character. Anonymity and the excitement of a large group can weaken their usual inhibitions. People also tend to follow what everyone else is doing, often without independently evaluating it. If the whole audience starts chanting something outrageous, individuals may join in simply because everyone around them is doing it.
People in a highly aroused crowd become unusually receptive to suggestions from a performer, leader, or other crowd members. They may repeat phrases, perform gestures, or accept propositions they would normally question. People publicly go along with a group because they want to fit in, avoid standing out, or share the group's apparent enthusiasm—even when their private opinions differ.
Full disclosure, I copied some of the above sociological phenomena description from an LLM, because it can phrase and summarize it better than I can, but it shouldn't detract from my point.
I feel like Mr. Bean and Charlie Chaplin actually were the first to film with actual people, correct me if i am wrong?
He is DA BEST.
When i was in Iraq in 02 03 04 05 i watched helly ALI G outta the UK, as a US Guy i would be dying laughing, thank you so much S.B.C

What a beautiful man!
15:40 I want to say Tony Clifton (Andy Kaufman) was the first time we actually saw a character with real people
i really dont say this about many celebs but i really do love SBC
2 useless coin clippers talking to each other 😂
I love Tik n Tok and saw them live in the '80's!
Bruh is this ai😂
Borat is an absolute cultural phenomenon.
Sacha is the goat
Looks here like Kramer
I have seen all his movies, but the best act I have seen him doing was the Station Manager in the movie "Hugo". Not only a great movie, but superb acting of a Station Manager in Paris a 100 years ago terrorizing orphan kids with a doberman pinscher dog. Limping on a wooden leg (that he got in the world war 1) and with an unforgettable smile!😂😂😂❤❤❤
Why is he relevant now?
Never laughed so hard in my entire 67 years as I did during Borat. I nearly died.
