Life Lessons From Senior Athletes Who Started Competing Late In Life
In a world that often equates athleticism with youth, the remarkable stories of five extraordinary older Americans challenge this age-old notion. Hi
The drug is fent btw
Wow never been this early to great content
No views lol
I disagree that it's mental; that's the biggest challenge. When you realize your body is literally breaking down in front of your eyes, it should be an alarm bell. Once you realize this. The biggest hurdle is preventing exercise damage to your joints and soft tissues in your shoulders, elbows, and knees. You have to train to be able to train. Cheers.
this is the most inspiring video i have seen today. i wish there was a longer video about these individuals, about their lives. like who were they when they were young. what made them decide to pursue fitness until old age. i would be happy to know whether the couple have kids and grandkids. i think they have so much more stories to tell about themselves. ❤
😮
Powerful video and message for all of us, regardless of age!
Powerlifting is not exactly the wise choice, joints wear down faster. Why not take up yoga or tai chi instead? The biggest killer for seniors are falls. This means the focus must be on balance, developing foot, ankle and knee strength.
Amazing
The bestest best quote-
"Do not have negative people around you. If they call, you say Honey, I gotta go, I'll talk to you later. And don't talk to them later"
This episode is very important to watch.🎉
EXCELLENT… This should be the standard, exercising from youth into our late years.
so great, great great content for motivating the people who has thought that they're late to do any exercise
