Johnny Logan was an unprecedented singer and, in this case, writer. What a classic! The song that started Ireland's unstoppable 90s power. 1993 and 1994 next? 👀

✨ WHY ✨ ME ✨
Not only did this cement Linda Martin as an ESC Legend; it would also prove that Two-Time Winner Johnny Logan could write a wonderful song as well!
Linda participated in 1984 too! Hope to see that performance on the ESC channel too.
And in tune without auto-tune….those were the times when people still had to be able to sing 😂
The most baffling winner in ESC history? It's just a cut and paste ballad.
Please upload Niamh Kavanagh In Your Eyes next to this channel!!!
Lovely memory
Yes this is wonderful! I liked this win, i also liked the next years In your eyes from Niamh, and also, Lindas song Terminal 3 from the 80s was amazing, true presentation of its time
I don't know why, but that last "Why Me?" sends chills down my spine. Like, she sounds incredulous but at the same time exhilarated that her lover choose her.
