Under the insightful mentorship of Sara Sozzani Maino, Martin Quad’s artistic vision unfolded as a hauntingly beautiful tribute to the evocative works of the late Francesca Woodman. An icon of surrealist photography, Woodman’s ghostly black-and-white images became the vibrant backdrop for the collection. It served as a profound inspiration for designer Martin Juncker, who diligently sought to capture Woodman’s exploration of the female form and translate it into contemporary menswear.

The core construction principle of the collection revolved around the concept of “mirroring.” Juncker deftly manipulated fabric and form, subverting classical tailoring techniques.
