This is definitely a very nice area of New York in Astoria and great
see it here along with your dad on a driving trip Thank You AK.👍🇺🇲
It's nice to see a father and son riding together 😊❤
❤ I had no idea Steinway was built in Astoria😮
Hi Action Kid, thanks for the early morning stream.😊. Hope you are healing quickly so you could do more streams from other parts of New York. I am going to look back on older videos to check out that you have streamed. I am from Massachusetts, so I don't drive and do not have the means to travel. So it is always interesting to watch your videos.
Hey, AK! I always enjoy your videos with your dad. It's interesting to learn about the history of this area. Thanks! 😊
Good morning! Thank you for this lovely morning ride! Nice to see these areas that aren't familiar. A lot of that old NY money comes here to RI for beach season! Hope you're doing well. Hi to Dad!
Lived here my whole life and never went to the halletts cove area
Ask your dad to drive you around the Bronx
Since AK is doing driving vids with dear old dad it makes me wonder about his car in Miami . I hope he after he gets back there he will get a mechanic to come by his place to fix it up . I remember the vid he did where he appeared to drive forty miles out to the Toyota dealership to fix it up after a long time away .
Good video! I love the restaurants in Astoria!
lol 😅 4:18
1:44 and if you look across the river, you can see my apartment building located at 96th and FDR Drive

That was a dominating drive from Hallet's Cove to East Elmhurst AK located in Astoria Queens!😎🤩😍 It looks glorious and thanks for sharing that drive!😌🤗
Thank you AK- great to see other intetesting spots of NYC!
Nice lookin little area. ☺️
I so enjoy these drives!!! And I really enjoy your dad and hearing his stories!!! I wish he would do a video just talking about his experiences growing up there.😊
Some of those power lines up there look like a huge jumble, like something you’d see in India! Wonder what con ed was thinkin with that…. lol
16:57! 😂😂. You think they got the point across well enough that it was left turn only?! LOL. Too funny.
4:15 A driver made a left turn on red and from the far right lane…SMH. 8:44 I'm surprised this is not a one way street, and this should have been included in the street redesign project plan. 😅 33:25 Cool to see the Steinway Mansion and to learn about their history! 🎹 33:52 A building that predates the street grid, fascinating! This was an enjoyable and informative drive through Astoria along with your dad. Thank you for sharing, AK! 🤗
Thank you AK , I enjoyed the ride through your neighborhood and listening to your conversation with your dad , it’s always interesting to hear about the changes over the years , wonderful video 😊
Back in the '60s and '70s we called the mountain on 19th Ave. "the dumps." And yes the roaming pack of dogs were vicious.
I like these driving videos. Maybe you could do a live drive sometime.😊
Upper Ditmars, East Elmhurst etc. is actually considered Jackson Heights. I had a Jackson Heights zip code when I lived there.
This was nice to take a drive with your dad. Out of the noise of the city too. Thanks Ken.
4:20 mayor bozo spent multiple MILLIONS on putting cops in stations and only got back 140k in fairs lol. The subway and buses pay for themselves through getting people to their jobs. Crime has been consistently lower every year since COVID and people are still believing the lying mayor and lying cops' deceptions.
