Labor Day weekend turns into a nightmare when a murderous wave terrorizes the American nation. In a small Ohio town, a middle-aged woman and a teenage boy disappear within hours of each other. Although the police don’t know what the connection is between the 2 cases, they believe one and the same individual is responsible. They enlist the help of the FBI. A trail littered with stolen cars and dead bodies takes the agents to seven states, in search of two suspects. They can only arrest them if they can determine in advance where they’re going.
