Op de bergen drogen ze (Italiaanse) tomaten, voor de zongedroogde Italiaanse tomaten die je in olie kunt kopen in Nederland. Tegenwoordig worden er nog maar weinig tomaten gedroogd in Sicilië.

If ya have room carry a can of Turtle Wax Bug & Tar Remover with you for grease, oil & grime remover. Safe on paint too. Works great.
Unfortunetely, road construction and repairs are always all over Turkey. You do not bother cleaning the bike at some point.

❤👍Yes,🇹🇷Türkiye is amazing,❤yours videos is beautiful 💖💚thanks.
I so enjoy your videos. Thank you. If you ever have that tar problem again, apply generous amounts of butter; wait a few minutes, wipe off then some soapy water. Dish washing liquid is a good option. Afwas middel.
I dare say some of the landscape, as we are seeing it, is reminiscent dating back to antiquity. A country steeped in history of civilizations past. Very impactful! Am curious re the laying of the bitumen for mile after mile but apparently no follow up with metal across the top? The crew must have hooked along because they were never sighted😂Would have liked to have seen how successful Noraly was in removing it with just a rag – usually some type of solvent is necessary to break it down. Enjoyed.
Pouring fresh tar on a road and leaving it temporarily is a common practice in road construction and maintenance, though it might appear confusing. Here's why it happens:
1. Seal Coating
Fresh tar is often applied as a seal coat to protect the road from water, UV rays, and wear. It acts as a protective barrier, extending the road's lifespan.
2. Chip Sealing
Sometimes, tar is poured and left to bind with aggregate (small stones) in a process called chip sealing. This enhances surface grip and provides a durable, skid-resistant layer.
3. Settling and Curing
Tar needs time to cure and settle into the road surface. Leaving it temporarily allows it to penetrate cracks and adhere to the surface properly.
Bu tip şehir dışı yollarda ilk önce dozerle greyderle yol açılır sonra üzerine kırık taşlar dökülür ve üstüne zift dökülür ve geçen araçların ağırlığı ile zift ile küçük taşlar birbirine yapışarak yağmurda karda etkilenmiyen bir yol kalır yani yol kolay kolay bozulmaz yazın hava çok sıcak olduğunda yol üzerinde bazı yerlerde zift katran yolun üstüne çıkar ama havalar soğuduğunda tekrar normale döner.
at the end of the video "BOZKURT" 🙂
I hate chipseal. It's evil.
13:14 it reminds me of 'Cars' movie
