Thousands of protesters took to the streets of Caracas, Venezuela following the disputed results of the recent presidential election. Supporters of the opposition gathered, expressing their frustration and anger over the election outcome. Despite claims of a landslide victory by the opposition, President Nicolás Maduro was declared the winner, sparking widespread protests across the country.
The protesters made it clear that their weapons were not physical, but rather their voices, the constitution, and the national flag. They called for peaceful demonstrations, urging their fellow Venezuelans to join them in standing up for their beliefs and rights. The protests continued to spread as more people joined in the outcry against the election results.
The election board’s announcement of Maduro’s victory only fueled the anger and determination of the protesters. The continuation of the “Chavista” movement’s rule further incited the opposition and led to a surge in protests throughout the city. Despite the official declaration, the opposition showed no signs of backing down, determined to have their voices heard and their concerns addressed.
The situation in Venezuela remains tense as the protests show no signs of slowing down. The disputed election results have sparked a wave of unrest and dissatisfaction among the opposition, who continue to demand transparency and justice. As the protests continue, the future of Venezuela remains uncertain, with both sides standing firm in their beliefs and convictions.

Why is America and it’s Western Allies including Canada trying to interfere the democracy of another country? Why is it any of our business? Because Venezuela has more oil than all the other countries that we’ve also been interfering with. We need to mind our own business and stay out of other peoples land.
¡Buena suerte Venezolanos!🙏😢❤
This will be America if Kamala wins..
Democracy… lol
🤡🌎
Hey look! NO HORSE TRAMPLING!
Có thể CIA đang đứng sau giật dây cuộc biểu tình của các bạn .VÌ nước các bạn quá nhiều Dầu .
I want clear a few things why the dictatorship of Nicolas Maduro is so hard to defeat. First unfortunately the majority of the army is with Maduro and also the police force is with the dictador. Second, all the democratic sistem in Venezuela is control by the regime and no matter how many people vote against him, we already saw what happen.
Third, the regime also send its military and special forces to kidnapped and arrest oposition political leaders who try so hard to free Venezuela from the regime and also they arrest civilians that the regime consider them a threat to violence or insurrection( but in reality they try so hard to exposed Nicolas Maduro and his political allies and military top commanders that support him).
Unfortunately I need to say this, there is also a big increase in cuban influence in the country, looks like Maduro creat in secret a special secret military alliance with the cuban army and their intelligence team. Right know Cubans are infiltrated all over Venezuela and so far, they have been helping the Venezuelan army in creating threats against the all the people in Venezuela, today this cuban mercenaries take up arms and went to the streets with weapons and there face cover so the people believe that they are Venezuelan special forces.
Venezuela right know is under a strict curfew imposed by Maduro and this cuban mercenaries send by the Cuban goverment as an assistance , they are rolling the streets of Caracas with the army and other villages and cities across Venezuela, looking for people that where in the protest. Most of them have there order to arrest any people that are rolling the streets without permission and unfortunately they also sometimes they discover who was in the protest and they go to the house of the civilian and get in by force and unfortunately arrest him in front of his family.
As far as I know, there is also another group of Cubans, who are called "Cuban black wasps", this is an elite special force created in Cuba to complete assassination missions and even kidnapping if they are order to to capture someone.
Right know Venezuela is getting help from the Cuban army in secret, thats why Maduro is so hard to get him out of power, I'm with Venezuela in this time of crisis. I think right know, the only way to get Maduro out of power is a military intervention by the US, the because Cuban military is helping Maduro and the Venezuelan army is not going to accept another political figure in power, Maduro is paying the military and his top commanders well to still support him.
VENEZUELA NEEDS TO BE FREE FROM THIS DICTADOR RAT !! FREE VENEZUELA 🇻🇪 🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪
These guys are no different than January 6 protestors but Global News is happy to take their side. 65% is not disputed but shows what the majority wants.
Is this a democracy threatening insurrection or
Using the same tactics American Democrats use to win.
Independent media say it was fare but corporate media say it wasn't. That's the divide. The real battlefield is the mind.
I don't anderstendon't understand why they have to use the video of a demonstration in favor of Maduro that says "they will not return" referring to the opposition.

Never in 22 years (since 2002) of imperial war (Canada included) against Venezuela I saw a single report of the impact of the multiple coup attempts, the sabotage of oil rigs, the hoarding of basic goods, the training of militias a violent street groups, the small scale invasion attempts, the legitimization of an "alternative government", nor the millions and millions of dollars it stole, nor the literal theft of entire refineries and tankers, presidential assasination campaigns.
Now that the US has such an oil deficit, what makes the Ottawa (Lima) group assume that most Venezuelans would vote for the puppet candidate of a literal fascist with a long known history of belonging to fascist groups connected to franquismo in Venezuela?
Good on these people, imagine if free speach was banned.
Ah strafe propaganda, we had international observer including some Canadians who were part of the team.
"Venezuela's right-wing opposition and U.S media outlets claim there was fraud in the July 28 election based on an exit poll done by U.S government-linked firm Edison Research, which works with CIA-linked U.S state propaganda organizations and was active in Ukraine, Georgia and Iraq."
What more proof need you of U.S meddling in Venezuela's elections? Elections are ALWAYS disputed whenever the U.S puppet candidate doesn't win. This is standard operating procedure in the U.S.A's Regime Change Playbook.
It is very disappointing to hear the CBC attack election integrity. The CBC must have many Trump supporters.
Viva Hugo Chavez
I can imagine, that Maduro realy won. There was 900 foreign observers who found nothing wrong rgarding this elections !!! This mess could be just another USA´s regime change attempt.
Should interview Dimitry Liscaris in Venezuela now, Ben Norton G/E, Aaron Mate-Max Blumenthal from The Grayzone… US applies sanctions on countries to steal resources, what sanctions are put on Canada? RT International, CGTN The Point-Hub-Heat, Shanghai Eye, CCTV, Telasur, TRT World.. Reporterfy Media-Cyrus Janssen
Please do your homework Canada the rest of the world knows these protest are a result of the American CIA and people like Elon Musk
Pay attention Liberals, NDPers, and US Democrat supporters – this is the world you’re begging for. We already see in the US and Canada with all the tent cities, crime and drug abuse popping up as we become more and more socialist.
Does global have an algorithm that auto deletes certIan peoples comments, no matter how benign?
Complete fraud and rigged election. The governments of the world are speaking out about this. Every poll in the country put Maduro at the bottom. But everything is controlled by Maduro in the country
Suerte Venezuela! bendiciones a todos (menos ese milandro)
Just a sample of what Canada’s federal election will look like next year when Junior pulls the same stunt.
Where's Sean Penn when you need him to gaslight us about free healthcare and how super-awesome Maduro is?
not a bug; a feature
US can't crack through Russia and China so they picked on the weakest member of BRICS+ country. Venezuela had to get oil industry parts from Iran so it can at least keep keep going to work and have gas for food and people transportation. US sanctioned Venezuela for decades. Just like Cuba. Without trade and shipment it causes hyperinflation. US demands on restrictions until unless of course Venezuelan president asks for help from US. That's the democracy lesson. The weaker you are the less voice you have.
Canada should mind its own business. Who are we to call it unfair when Canadians say russia meddles in ours lol. We want to police the rest of the world just like USA apparently.
So the corrupt West wants another regime change. I thought it was only the CBC that was the propaganda wing of the Canadian Gov. Rmemebr last time Canada tried a regime change in Venezuela and show footage of protetsters and it was debunked to not even be in Venezuela.
Stay strong beautiful people of Venezuela, stand up for your freedom.😊
You can vote to give power to a socialist, but you can never vote for them to leave
This is gona be the US in a couple of months when the democrats try to cheat again.
The radical left took many countries around the world. All the citizens need to fight back together for our values and traditions because the radical lef not believe in freedom. The idiologia go to far away we need fight back for the humanity. As Canadian citizen, please next election we need think about it very well because our future depends who will be the next leader of Canada 🇨🇦.
American international interference in other Countries business.
Viva Maduro!
Insurrectionists 🙄
So is this going to lead to another Juan Gaido moment where the US declares somebody Venezuelans never heard of as their next president? Yeah, I know what you're thinking who's Juan Gaido? Nobody even remembers that dude anymore, let alone the Americans.
How do you know the correct results of election?
I just knew there was going to be some common ground between the United States of America and Venezuela. Even though the average Venezuelan appears to have slightly less teeth than the average American citizen, perhaps they can finally put their moral superiority to bed and become friends.
