Recipe 1 (18 cm round pan)

Ingredients for the Dough:

  • 240 g flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 90 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Strawberry Filling:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 3 tbsp water

Soufflé:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 300 g sour cream (or natural yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp corn starch

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. Add butter and egg yolks, then knead the dough. Fold in sour cream.
  4. Roll out the dough and place it in the pan.
  5. For the filling, mix strawberries, sugar, corn starch, and water. Pour over the dough.
  6. For the soufflé, beat the egg whites and gradually add vanilla sugar and regular sugar.
  7. Combine in the sour cream and corn starch, then pour over the filling.
  8. Bake for 50–55 minutes.

Recipe 2 (22 cm round pan)

Strawberry Filling:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 600 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

Dough:

  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 280 g flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg, salt, sugar, butter, and baking powder.
  3. Gradually add flour to create the dough.
  4. Roll out and place in the pan.
  5. For the filling, combine strawberries, sugar, butter, and corn starch.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes.

Recipe 3 (20 cm round pan)

Biscuit:

  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 40 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 110 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Sour Cream Layer:

  • 400 g sour cream (or yogurt)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 10 g gelatin (or agar-agar)
  • 70 ml water
  • 300 g strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven as needed.
  2. For the biscuit, mix the egg, salt, sugar, butter, and baking powder.
  3. Add flour gradually, blend well, and pour into the pan.
  4. Bake and let cool.
  5. For the sour cream layer, dissolve gelatin in water.
  6. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add dissolved gelatin.
  7. Layer strawberries on the cooled biscuit and pour the sour cream mixture over.
  8. Chill to set.
