With a rare combination of academic excellence, clinical expertise, and executive experience, she translates leading-edge psychology research into practical strategies leaders can use immediately.

A registered psychologist and former senior executive, MH is also Executive Education faculty at the UBC Sauder School of Business, where she created and teaches courses on leadership resilience and workplace mental health.
