Buck Walker and Stephanie Stearns anchor in Hawaii aboard the Sea Wind, a sailboat once owned by Mac and Muff Graham. Buck and Stephanie are arrested and convicted of theft. A few years later, however, bones are discovered on a deserted island and identified as those of Muff Graham.
FBI forensic anthropologists testifying in court have discovered how the victim died. Buck Walker is convicted of murder and Stephanie Stearns is acquitted.
This case is one of the most complex the FBI has solved.

Because it looks so old
Gilligan’s island.
This was uploaded many years ago on the official FBI Files YT channel. They ripped it off.
Shame on you, Best Documentary.
Now, these are the definitions of real drifters 😂😂 let's just sail to an island and plant seeds lol , you need fertilizer pesticides 😂 morons. And the coast guards are the slower than turtles 😂
Fun looking at the footage 34.58, matching it to Google maps
Commentator's voice is drowned out by the music someone hand was working overtime on the controls
Very suspicious activity when six ships have been in the same place where the murder took place, so some have not spoken about the incident when they have been consulted? Why? Money makes you shut up in the same way as threatening, but have these people had so much money that they have bought people to keep quiet? However, it has been drugs and its distribution and cultivation, where many have been involved in the pursuit of big money. Is Buck a real person or did he use that name to cover up his real name?🤔
Wherever Murder happens then it must be called as Hell zone but not Paradise Island in any ways.
Had no food or cigarettes but had a blow torch on the island 😂😅
The minute they realized the bums didn't have the means to get back to civilization on their own, the Grahams should have dipped out and notified the authorities that a couple needed rescued. Buck was armed and had already shown himself to be a dirtbag, and he's about to starve in the middle of nowhere, with no witnesses… you'd be crazy to stay
What a terrible incident. If I had been the graham's I would have left asap. Thanks for sharing.
1974- Hawaiian Islands- Buck Walker and Stephne Stearns were not the ordinary people and the disappearance of Mark and his wife Alan were on their Yacht and were heading for tragedy when they met Buck and Stephne. Mac and Muff Graham had once owned their boat. Too complicated for me so I abandoned my viewing !
The older folks are dumb shits. Not street wise or high sea wise.
Too much background noise
Newyarkaffice😂
The music us much too loud can't hear a bloody thing….. not worth listening to….
Disgusting 🤢
Saw the movie that was made about this story. Rachel Ward, as Stephanie and James Brolin as Mack Graham. Good movie.
Turn the music off please
Can't hear….
Just because you have a gun doesn’t mean you’re safe. His misplaced self confidence got he and his wife murdered. Once the other yachts had left the Grahams were easy game for a desperate pair who were hungry, envious, on the run and ruthless.
The female always gets a lighter sentence. I think she was equally guilty.
Muff 😂😂😂
Wow, perseverance is indeed worth it. Thanks FBi
Dude probably thought weed grew in a week or month 😂😂 outdoor is gonna take 7-10 months and I guarantee he would’ve had no clean water to feed it
I highly recommend Vince Bugliosi's book "And the Sea Will Tell".
You are mistaken. The GOP in congress has yet to respond to a request to increase FEMA funding. Take off the MAGA hat and open your mind to the facts.
I read the book years ago. Excellent Recreation
Very good doc
Poor sound effects
It's like a farcry video game
Tragic, terribly sad. I think one of the lessons one can learn from a tragedy like this is, be aware when you are on holiday, because it is easy to let your guard down and then be suseptable to things you normally wouldn't tolerate, – like weird, rude anti-social behaviour.
The background music is terrible.
