Flour – 300 g / 1.8 cups
Baking powder – 5 g / 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Butter (cold) – 120 g
Egg – 1
Sugar – 100 g / 6 tbsp
Vanilla sugar – 6 g / 1 tsp
Sour cream – 50 g / 2 tbsp
Cream:
Eggs – 2
Sugar – 80 g / 5 tbsp
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
Cornstarch – 35 g / 3 tbsp
Zest of one lemon
Milk – 400 ml
Peaches in syrup – 600 g
Additionally:
Egg yolk – 1
Milk – 1 tbsp
Almond flakes
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 – 35 minutes.
