2 tbsp Flour
1/2 Onion

1 cup / 250 ml Dry French Vermouth
1/4 cups/ 60ml chicken broth
1/2 cup/ 120ml heavy cream
1 carrot
1 Leek
1 Bay leaf and 2 Sprigs fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried

I've noticed that you have exceptional knife skills and you add ingredients to your recipes that amatuers (like me) would never think of. And the quality of your cookware and knives appear to be high quality (typical for Germans). It really makes no difference if you have culinary training or not, I'm just curious.

Almost good, but take the flower out and cook for 20 minutes longer because it will thicken on it's own without the garbage. Stay away from gluten in that flower, it's bad for everyone and is not needed.
